The space
You will enjoy all the charm of a house built in 1906 (stained glass windows, antique light fixtures, built-ins, etc) but with all the modern amenities and decor (keyless entry, high speed WiFi, roku tvs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, and USB charging ports in all the bedside lamps).

You can enjoy the beautiful Minnesota fall from the spacious, fully fenced, backyard full of fun activities for all. There is a deck with a large table and chairs and charcoal bbq grill to enjoy your meals al fresco, a fire pit with chairs and s’more sticks, a screened in porch with a patio seating set and a variety of yard games and children play equipment!

Although there is only 1 bathroom it is fully equipped with bath and new showerhead. High-quality, cruelty-free shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Plus, toothbrushes, toothpaste, flossers, cotton balls, q-tips, razors and feminine products are available.

There are 3 bedrooms each equipped with 100% blackout curtains, their own hairdryers, vanity magnifying mirrors, roku smart tvs, nightside lamps with USB ports to charge your devices and plenty of pillows and blankets!

The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, built-in dressers, shelves and closet. The office space is located in the master with an office lamp and extension cord to plug in your equipment. There is also an oscillating fan, an iron and ironing board, a full length mirror and hooks.

The second bedroom features a luxury queen bed set, a large mirror and dresser.

The final bedroom is small but still has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a plush single bed and a high quality trundle bed underneath, a large mirror, closet and lots of windows.

For your convenience there is a washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement with detergent . You are welcome to use the rest of the basement too, but it should be considered like a climate controlled outdoor space.

The full kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals including pots, pans, blender, waffle maker, crock pot, dishwasher and more!

The living room and dining room. have large bay window, 55inch smart tv, lots of seating, art from local artists and a variety of games, books, guides to biking, golfing and transportation, a cocktail bartender set and a coffee bar. A double air mattress and comfortable couch are also available for sleeping.

The coffee bar has a variety of keurig coffee types, organic teas, different types of sugars, creamer and a tea kettle.

As you can see, we provide you everything you need for a completely relaxing stay whether you are traveling with friends, family or for work all the while still close to all the fun aspects of the Twin Cities!

Other things to note
Pets are welcome with a small fee for extra cleaning precautions for anyone that might have allergies. I am a pet owner and love dogs but please do not allow pets on the furniture and crate them if you leave since this is a new space for them.
