Good spot but issues
Communication started off rocky, about 45 days before the stay they reached out to greet us and ask if they could do anything for us, I replied that we would like to get some excursions set up, since they offered⊠and 30 days later they responded. By then I had already taken on that responsibility myself. Check in was easy except the fact that when we arrive (2 hours after we said we would) they still needed 10 minutes before we could check in. Glad we werenât on time or we would be standing around after 12 hours of travel. The first day we woke up and our water cooler was leaking, the ceiling in the second bathroom was leaking, and we had no hot water. That made for a fun shower. When checking in they gave us a number to call 25-7 if we had issues. Called it multiple time and no one answered. So we went to front desk and they promptly came. They fixed the lead in the ceiling, they claimed they fixed hot water and water cooler but didnât. Several more days of cold showers existed before we realized that the main bedroom shower was the issue and the other showers had hot water. After all the water drained out of the water cooler we then went to the front to ask for another and they wanted to charge us for it (I mind you we wouldnât have needed another one if it didnât leak 2 gallons a day). Oh and the back door sliding glass lock was broke. That made safety an issue. Iâm only giving 3 starts because the place and location is beautiful. Staff was friendly as well.
