- THE SPACE -

A hidden gem in the heart of Bavaro, Punta Cana. There is everything a modern apartment has to offer. It is located on the first floor, making it accessible for wheelchairs, strollers, and people of advanced age. Fully equipped designed with an up-to-date touch, it offers space for 5 people that would enjoy its comfort and clever design. Get together in the living room around the dining table or enjoy your company sitting on the sofa, watching movies on the flat-screen TV with access to streaming platforms and channels. People who enjoy cooking will find everything needed to prepare fresh home-made food in our kitchen, with the dishwasher making the cleaning easier afterwards. Kitchen appliances will help you enjoy a tasty tropical breakfast with freshly made smoothies, Dominican coffee, and a fresh toast. Grab a glass of juice or flavorful coffee and spend some time on the patio, enjoying the fresh air and pool view.
There are three bedrooms at your disposal. The master bedroom has French windows, a full private bathroom, cable TV, and a king-size bed to have the sweetest dreams while you are in the tropical paradise. The second bedroom sleeps two people as well and is fully equipped with its own bathroom and a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is a small but cozy place, there is also a private bathroom and a single bed – ideal for one person! Please note that there is no AC in the small bedroom.

- GUEST ACCESS -

Guests are welcome to use all the facilities in the residence. There is a gym open for all renters, 3 pools, one of them right beside the apartment, and one on the beach, overlooking the ocean. Guests are allowed to use beach chairs. From the beach, you have access to a beach bar.
The residence is totally secure with guards on premises 24/7. We also provide one parking spot for your vehicle free of charge.


- NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION -

The property is located in one of the quietest and most secure locations on Bavaro Beach. The apartment is just a few steps away from the beach, with easy access to a beach bar and several excellent restaurants around, one of them being the famous Jellyfish. Although it is located in a very touristic area, there are a lot of places that offer a unique Dominican flavor – small cafes with traditional Dominican breakfast, or bars with an excellent choice of local beverages. There are also small shops and fruit stands to get whatever you need. Just ask our managers!

- GETTING AROUND -

There are many taxi services in the district. You can also ask us to order transportation or rent a car for you. We are happy to organize any activities for you on your request. Please note that all additional services are paid extra.
