La villa de luxe est situĂ©e Ă  seulement une demi-heure de route de l'aĂ©roport international de Punta Cana, sur le vaste territoire du complexe «Iberostar Bavaro», qui fait partie du rĂ©seau mondial «Iberostar». Les villas sont entourĂ©es par le paysage colorĂ© de l'un des plus grands clubs de golf de la RĂ©publique dominicaine et de luxuriantes forĂȘts tropicales.

La villa est meublĂ©e dans un style contemporain, les intĂ©rieurs sont dĂ©corĂ©s dans des couleurs claires et blanches, ce qui, associĂ© Ă  de grandes fenĂȘtres panoramiques coulissantes, rend la villa remplie d'une facilitĂ© festive et de lĂ©gĂšretĂ©. Les maisons sont construites et dĂ©corĂ©es avec des matĂ©riaux naturels - marbre, granit, calcaire. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e des derniĂšres technologies - Ă©quipements CVC, climatisation et ventilateurs de plafond, TV, Wi-Fi, appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers.

La superficie autour de la villa est de 350 m2 et la superficie du territoire adjacent est de 850 m2. Chaque villa peut contenir confortablement 8 personnes.

La zone soignée et bien rangée est joliment décorée avec des plantes exotiques.
Dehors, vous pouvez trouver un endroit pour le repos et le petit déjeuner, barbecue et chaises longues.

Avant de louer la villa, le client doit payer un dépÎt de garantie sur place en espÚces (300 $ par villa), pour l'indemnisation de tout dommage potentiel causé à la propriété et les coûts supplémentaires associés à l'hébergement (électricité, eau sur le comptoir). Solde nous reviendrons sur place.

This was the best place for our holidays.

It was amazying stay in the villa.We spend 10 days with family and thanks a lot Aladin who help us about everything.I was there with 3 kids and when I ask him for something he do that for 5 minuts.

Great Resort Area

Aladdin and all of the people were easy to work with and great. The resort is fantastic so I would recommend adding the all inclusive package. Also, you do need to rent golf carts to get around. The only thing I would mention is that our electric bill was over 250 US dollars for 7 night stay. That is pretty steep so be prepared for that. Overall great experience and plan on coming back next year.

Family Vacation in Punta Cuna

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Villa! My family and I wanted a nice place to spend time together for our stay in Punta Cuna. This Villa looks just as it is listed, absolutely beautiful! The pool and Jacuzzi were nice when relaixing with family. We loved that it is located very close to 4 resorts and were able to obtain passes to also enjoy the resort amenities. We had the best of both worlds! The host Alex was very responsive and the Property Manager, Aladin was excellent, always available to attend to our needs. The host also provided a golf cart for rent which was great to help us get around the resort. We will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!

I feel as though the listing should not be listed as an air b & b due to the fact that it’s located in a private resort, also I did not see on the listing that a golf cart should be recommended to get to the beach, however, overall my stay was a 9 outta 10.

The best stay i ever had in punta cana

This place was very nice for group vacations. The property is maintained very well. Aladin was very responsive to any questions or help you need that guy should be nominated for a nicest guy award.

Great all around visit

There was some issues with getting guests into the facility. Outside of that it was a great stay! We will definitely come back!!! Aladin was awesome. He took very good care and set sound rules. His candor was appreciate it! Really felt a since genuine care for his job. He was constantly there n to aide and assist. This trip exceeded my expectations for ceremonious occasion. Hope you have us back!

Great relaxing stay

Felt very much at home here. Property manager was very attentive. Easy to get around with the golf carts. Nice to have paid access to the resort facilities. Only Buffett for food though. Property is safe, secure, clean and easy to book day trips from this location.

Nice Place

We stayed here over Christmas with our 3 married children. Alex was quick to answer questions prior to our stay. Lenny was very helpful while we were there and made check-in & check-out easy. The house was pretty much as pictured, but furniture is fairly worn. The house is clean but definitely shows signs of years of rental. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have private bathroom for each bedroom. Pool was cold but refreshing. We rented a golf cart and then got passes at one of the hotels for food and use of amenities. This was a little tricky (and stressful) to put together on-site, but worked out in the end. There is a grocery store about 15 mins away, but it was somewhat dirty and intimidating as this is where all the local residents shop, no one spoke English, and there we a lot of people there. We didn't try any restaurants, but did have pizza delivered one night. Resort felt very safe. Gate guarded entrance and even had a 24hr guard right in the cul-de-sac outside our door. I was a little apprehensive about the cost for utilities, but turned out ok. We were there 6 days and ran the a/c and fans in all the bedrooms when we slept, and off and in in the family room in the late afternoon/evenings. Final bill for utilities was only around $110.00 House is right on the golf course, easy walk up #1 fairway to the clubhouse. Golf course is a great layout and was well maintained. Cost was on $75/round. Rental clubs were $65/round and substandard.

Fantastic Times in Punta Cana

Three buddies went on a golf trip to celebrate all of us turning 50. We had an amazing time. The communication between the host was superb. Lenny was our local contact, she was amazing to work with. She was very conscientious, communication was excellent and she was a great resource for trying local restaurants and attending activities. I was really touched by the caring that they showed to our group. When we checked in, we were surprised with complementary champagne and balloons that were waiting for us. Lenny and Alex went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was fantastic. The house was just like the pictures it was very clean and well-maintained. If there were any issues, Lenny made sure that they were addressed immediately. The check in and out process was very smooth. We had no surprises or difficulties with checking in or out. Our group requested to have a local chef come in to prepare meals for two nights. They handled the arrangements. The cooks took our dinner requests and made fantastic meals for us on both nights. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience there. We will definitely look into staying at this house again on our next vacation to Punta Cana. Alex and Lenny, thank you both for everything that you did for us. You both made this trip an amazing experience and one that we will remember forever.

Very good experience

The Villa was very nice! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Ernesto and Yulia were very kind and had everything organized. The only point for future - the deposit upon arrival for electricity & cleaning, should have been charged up front as cash requirement was a surprise. Overall very satisfied! Will definitely stay there next golf trip!
