This is a really great house!! It was comfortable for a group with plenty of space and bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was great and well stocked. The location is perfect- an easy walk to the restaurants/bars in Carlton and there lots of wineries a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home with a perfect location for local wineries. Beautifully decorated, VERY clean, and a well stocked kitchen. There are stairs to all but one bed and the portable a/c units kept the upstairs bedrooms cool enough when it was unseasonably hot. We did need reservations to two of the fine dining downtown restaurants. Our small group thoroughly enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time and the home was spectacular. It is close to many wineries and restaurants. We really enjoyed walking around Carlton and had wonderful coffee and meals on Main Street. The home was very well stocked and we just loved the decor and comfortable bedding. The outdoor seating was especially enjoyable. We would love to come back soon.

We loved staying at this farmhouse in Carlton. Lovely mix of old house and newer upgrades. I slept in the upstairs master and was so comfortable in the bed. I even took a bath in the deep tub. We walked down to Lucky Duck for amazing coffee and pastries and loved the quaint little town. Would return and stay here again.

Overall the property and its location were great! We did have one small maintenance issue that never got resolved and we were told it was working when it was not - she even said her handyman verified it - it wasn't working and it wasn't until checkout that she agreed it was not...

Thank you for your positive comments about the property and its location. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We’re sorry that the maintenance issue was not resolved during your visit. At the time, based on the information available to us, we believed the issue had been addressed. There were also two other lights operating in the area, but we understand that the particular light in question was not functioning as expected. We did provide a partial refund in recognition of the inconvenience and have since followed up to ensure the issue is properly addressed for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve the experience for our future renters.

This was a great house with plenty of room to spread out. It had one of the best stocked kitchens of any house I have stayed in. The location is a quick walk into the main street in Carlton but far enough away from traffic so it’s quiet. Highly recommend this for a getaway weekend.
