Our stay was great! The only issue we had was that the front door wouldn’t unlock with the code we were given but I was able to call the property management company and they fixed it right away.

We loved the place. Building has a great and spacious area along with an neat and spacious back yard. The one minor complaint we have regarding this awesome place is that the bed(s) were a bit uncomfortable. But aside from that, we really enjoyed our 3-night stay.

Overall the property was clean in a great location. The dishwasher did not work. It was replaced during our stay but there were issues with installation. It didn’t hinder our enjoyment. We loved being able to fish right in the backyard and the pier. Also, the location was close enough to town but still far from crowds.

The property was clean and functional. Good location, quiet, and near the water. Property management team was helpful and available. There were some minor concerns, no striker place on entry door and toilet flush valves would stick, missing fire sprinkler cap. Loved to layout.

We had a great time. We wanted some place where we can stay and walk out and fish. It was clean, nice, and quiet. Everything is still close by like Heb, McDonald’s and other restaurants.Definitely plan on going back.

We loved the location…great views, nice area with a comfortable, clean, dog friendly condo with a pool & nice fishing pier. Hosts were very responsive when we reached out & eager to help with any issues. Kitchen was stocked well with plates, silverware, glasses, appliances, etc., with the exception mentioned below. Things that will help guests plan…They aren’t kidding when they say they set you up with amenities for the 1st 24 hrs. only. Soap, tp, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc are very limited. There are no dish towels at all. No blankets at all.Nice washer/dryer, but no detergent…Although the fishing pier is within the boundaries of the fenced condo complex, they also rent it out to other surrounding rentals so it’s not really a private pier as others can go around the fence to access it & you have no idea if they are legitimate ‘guests’. Group of 5 guys playing loud music took it over for awhile that walked around the fence…we called the management & at first we were told it was only for the condo complex, but then got a call back that ‘some surrounding rentals pay for access’. Unfortunately, you have no way of knowing…made me a little uncomfortable. With all that said in hopes of helping others be sure to bring the things that they need for their entire stay, we truly enjoyed the time we spent there & would stay again.

Great place to stay. Everything you need for a vacation at one place. This is our go to vacation spot. Watched dolphins, swam in the pool, fished off the pier, and enjoyed the sunsets. We will be back again.

I can’t begin to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at the condo. Had the best views and was so quiet and peaceful. I honestly loved it. I didn’t want to leave. We do plan on coming back in the spring. The kitchen was awesome. I’d love to have it in my house. We didn’t get to try the pool, but it looked very inviting. Loved the green light on the pier made fishing fun.
