Thank you for sharing such kind feedback about the house, porch, and pool, and for letting us know you enjoyed your stay overall. We are sorry to hear about the smell in the downstairs room and will look into that. We also regret any confusion about the boat stall use and will review how this information is shared. We appreciate your comments about the quick response from the owner and that the cove location still worked well for your boat.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're thrilled you enjoyed the location, pool, and main areas of the property—we take pride in keeping everything in top shape. We sincerely apologize for the mildew odor in the ground floor bedroom; coastal homes can have a musty smell due to humidity. We also appreciate your note about the boat slip ramp—we'll look into making that information clearer for future guests. We did text you with how to reach out to us if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. Please let us know you have questions on area boat ramps and if we can help with the property during your stay. Your experience matters to us, and we'd like to make this right. Please reach out directly so we can discuss this further.
