2 Bedroom/2 Bath apartment in Candolim Beach resort

Our vacation home is located in the Santana Beach resort on the world famous Candolim beach, which has been rated by visitors as the best beach in Goa. A five to ten minute drive takes you to the nearby Calangute, Baga and Anjuna beaches which are essentially on the same stretch.

Our Beach home comprises 2 cozy air conditioned bedrooms, each with double bed, wardrobe with mirror and TV. It has 2 full bathrooms (one attached to the master bedroom) with hot/cold shower and full wall mirror. The lounge has a double sofa bed. A pantry / kitchenette with frost free fridge is available for our guests' comfort. All windows overlook the well manicured and tastefully landscaped gardens. An inverter back up is provided in addition to the resort generator.

This compact and cozy apartment is the ideal setting for families who wish to share an enjoyable vacation together. Ideal for 4-5 guests. 6 can be accommodated but may be a squeeze. This is the only such apartment in the resort and was converted from a studio suite so does not have a balcony. The rooms are not huge but are cosy and compact.

There are 2 swimming pools within the resort for your comfort and and 2 restaurants (one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the ocean) with a varied and delectable fare: tasty goan delicacies and fresh seafood for your dining pleasure. Room service is also available.

A two minute brisk walk through our private walkway within the resort takes you to the sandy Candolim beach and the inviting ocean.

Just outside the resort are a variety of multi-cuisine restaurants, shopping, transportation, music and nightlife for all budgets. Candolim/Calangute is surely the most “happening” place in Goa.

The resort is gated with 24 hours security and also provides safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

WONDERFUL PLACE - LOVE TO GO BACK

Great location, just on the beach. Clean and hygienic. Offers very comfortable stay and space. Has all the facilities needed available such as stores / vehicle or bike hire. Friendly and helpful people at the resort. We just enjoyed the place.

I reserved this place for my family during their trip to India. They loved the stay and described the place as absolutely beautiful with awesome views! Very clean and the workers there were very friendly and helpful. Over all, they had an amazing time. Dominic is very friendly and delivered on his promise!

Great location,excellent stuff

My wife and I had never been to Goa.We were very pleasantly surprised withyour property. Great locatio, very close to the beach,two pools, daily room service, refrigerator in the condo, walking distance to the restaurants made it a very memorable stay. I must also say that the stuff recommended us a great driver. He was very knowledgeable of the area and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend the property to friends and family.

Fun family time at Goa beach home.

We were an extended family of two children,aged three and five and eight adults. Since we had already zeroed down on Goa for vacation, we had to find an accommodation which could cater to the children and our parents alike. Luckily we found Goa beach homes which had two suites(2 bedroom each) in a superb location. Reservation was quick, with Dominic being very helpful inspite of different time zones. The suites were as shown in the snaps on the website, and the resort was wonderful with a swimming pool and proximity to beach. The kids loved both the pool and the sea, and while in the resort, they liked the suite with the loft, since they could climb up and down. Food at the restaurant as well as the beach shack Calamari was great. The reception staff was helpful in arranging rental cars and other information. All in all, it was a wonderful family vacation. And i think Goa beach homes was a definite plus in making it so. I will recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Goa.

Amazing property

This was a pleasant surprise on our trip to Goa. We were travelling all over the state and came across different types of accommodation, but this was definitely the one that left us feeling relaxed and recharged. The staff is helpful, everyone around would greet and smile. The location was amazing, you walk through the back yard and exit onto the beach directly. If you don't like lying around on the beach, you can stay inside the resort around one of the two pools they have. Now, these can be sometimes too busy or feel like you never left Britain, but it is a nice alternative. Breakfast was good as well. If you do not like the continental selection you can always order your own selection against small charge. The garden is what got us the most, all the greens, all the flowers, well kept and maintained by the gardeners. It is such a relaxing pleasure just to seat around and enjoy the colours. Once you go out of the resort, there are plenty of restaurants and shops on the main road to keep you busy for a long time. It is also very family friendly place, so if you are more of a party person you won't be able to do that here after 10pm

The host was amazing and communication was excellent answered all my questions really quickly. Santana Beach Resort was the perfect location, clean and welcoming. The Calamari restaurants food was some of the best food I’d eaten….. also offering 15% discount. Our apartment was cosy just enough room for 4 adults. The hot water was the only issue at times but didn’t spoil our holiday. Loved loved loved it

Why they chose this property

My grandparents lived in Candolim and I have spent many enjoyable and memorable vacations in my childhood there. Since that time property near the beach has become scarcer and more expensive in Goa. When I saw this apartment in this beautiful beachside resort I could not resist it. It was time to break the piggy bank!

What makes this property unique

Candolim is one of the quieter and perhaps the nicest beach in Goa. This apartment is located in a beautiful resort and immaculately landscaped and maintained. The resort has 2 swimming pools, 2 great restaurants and a private walkway to the beautiful Candolim beach. It is private, quiet and for use only by the residents. It is gated and has 24x7 security. Just outside the resort are a variety of multi-cuisine restaurants, shopping, transportation, music and nightlife for all budgets. Candolim/Calangute is surely the most “happening” place in Goa.
