Large sliding balcony doors make the yacht pool a natural extension of the apartment. The triple thickness of the windows give complete silence, the sound of the sea outside the window, and perfectly quiet inside! 21st century technology allows control of underfloor heating.
One bathroom with a bathtub, the other with a shower, washing machine with dryer. One master bedroom with "King Bed" 180x200; large wardrobe; second bedroom with "Queen Bed" 160x200. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island made of Absolut black granite.
Completely equipped with an area of ââ85 m2, it is located on the first floor; only 20 apartments in one block, perfect for shorter and longer stays.Elevator, one garage space in the garage hall. Free wifi.
