American Embassy, Departmental stores like Bhatbhateni, Salesberry, Miniso;
Fitness Center: Gymkhana and Niramaya;
Cafe/Restaurant: Nina's Restaurant, Joshi Cafe, Java Coffee, Cafe Tara; Hotel Shambala, Hotel Akama;
Linga Bhairavi Temple, consecrated by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev;
Public Transport and so on so forth.
