Fabulous Saint-Germain des Pres! This apartment is incredibly located in the heart of the stunning Saint-Germain, corner of rue Guenegaud and rue Mazarine. One street away from the bank, five minute walking from pont des arts, le louvre, etc.

Located to the first floor with elevator on the yard, this apartment is completely silent and quiet. You don't even hear any cars from the Rue Guenegaud with windows completely opened. Rare in Paris. Unic privilege in that area, there is a private terrace balcony to appreciate the sky during the sweet days on a easy chair.

The apartment is a studio completely renovated with taste and luxe. A nest of elegance. All the amenities imaginable are provided: Fully kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV cable, Internet high speed unlimited and permanent FREE. Linens, towels and all the soap products for the bathroom and the machines are provided.

Early check-in directly from the airport possible if nobody sleeps in the unit the night before for FREE! If not, we do our best to propose you a check-in around 12h30. Possibility to leave your luggage inside before while the cleaning is processing).

I love this place and the host is so very responsive and gracious. This was the second time I have stayed here and it won’t be the last! The location is perfect as it is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and central to anywhere you want to go. This place is in a great location. It was walking distance to many iconic places in Paris. It’s close to restaurants, shops, a bike rental place, the river, a pharmacy, and a grocery store. It has air conditioning (not like the U.S., you need to know this is European air conditioning. I knew the difference because I travel a lot ;)). I really liked that it had a washing machine. We washed clothes twice and hung our clothes on the drying rack and they were dry the next morning (very helpful). The apartment is up on the first floor, which is up one flight of stairs and behind two coded doors for safety purposes. There are light switches to turn the lights on in the hallway at two locations, they go off on a timer. I walked to and from my conference every day alone and felt safe coming and going. Theirry is great; good communication and videos to explain the AC and washer. He is very responsive and has good recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the studio was pleasant. The location was convenient to so many museums and those sights a bit father away were easy to reach with RER train, metro and buses. There were a bunch of restaurants and cafes nearby but you could also eat simple meals in the apartment shopping at the local grocery stores. The studio also had a washer for clothes, which was very helpful. I would gladly return to this studio for my next Paris visit.

The apartment had everything we needed. The washing machine was easy with Thiery’s video. Also, we appreciated being able to check in very early. Thiery’s response time and helpfulness was truly amazing. Our only caveat, and probably no fault to the owners, but the hallways were all in the process if being painted. It was a bit noisy at times and the paint smelled, and all was covered in plastic. It stayed that way the whole week. It probably won’t be an issue gor others, and perhaps our timing was unfortunate to be at the same time as the painting.
