Fabulous Saint-Germain des Pres! This apartment is incredibly located in the heart of the stunning Saint-Germain, corner of rue Guenegaud and rue Mazarine. One street away from the bank, five minute walking from pont des arts, le louvre, etc.

Located to the first floor with elevator on the yard, this apartment is completely silent and quiet. You don't even hear any cars from the Rue Guenegaud with windows completely opened. Rare in Paris. Unic privilege in that area, there is a private terrace balcony to appreciate the sky during the sweet days on a easy chair.

The apartment is a studio completely renovated with taste and luxe. A nest of elegance. All the amenities imaginable are provided: Fully kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV cable, Internet high speed unlimited and permanent FREE! Comfortable studio in great location

Was exactly what we were looking for. Location was key and we were right where we wanted to be. Amenities were very good as well. Coffee and kettle for tea were great for kickstarting the day.

Just Right!

This property was in a great location- quiet and extremely safe. Access to everything was well-explained and detailed. The bed was comfortable and all amenities were sufficient for a week’s stay. I felt lucky to have booked this one, and Thierry was a very accommodating host! Thanks so much- would definitely choose to stay there again.

What an amazing experience! Thierry’s place was perfect for our stay. Easy to find, quiet, and comfortable! The check in/out process was simple and efficient. The location was perfect-walking distance to many beautiful sights/attractions(The Louvre, Notre Dame, many cafes and restaurants). Thierry was the most gracious and helpful host, we had a dental mishap during our trip and Thierry helped us find a dentist in our area. He was attentive and available to answer all of our inquiries. When we return to Paris we will absolutely being staying with Thierry again!

Outstanding Location and owner

We arrived early, and the apartment was ready for us. We contacted Thierry, and he came to the apartment to meet us. He was very polite and helpful. He told us a few things about the apartment, and left. We asked him about a driver to take us to the airport, and he took care of it for us. The apartment lives up to everything as advertised. We were close to all of the major attractions that we were interested in visiting. It was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return when we come back to Paris. Great restaurants close by and grocery stores not to far as well. Gregory provided a great service to the airport. Thank you Thierry for everything!

Good room for 1 or 2

I stayed 5 nights on a solo trip. It is a good room for a single traveler or couple to access the centre of Paris. Great bedding, great little terrace. Kitchen and toilet are a bit cramped. Cooking and working here might be difficult. Thierry was very kind and responsive to questions.

Nice Apartment and Perfect Location

To start off, our Host, Thierry, provided excellent information well before we arrived. Thierry answered all of our questions and gave very detailed directions as well as information on arriving at airport and taking a Taxi to Paris. Check in process was easy. Apartment was clean and the perfect location in central Paris. For anyone who loves art, there are several galleries in this area. It was inspiring to visit all the local galleries. I would definitely recommend this Apartment and any property that Thierry Hosts!

Perfect location !

If you want to be able to walk in one of the loveliest and most well situated neighborhoods in Paris - here’s your place. Go right across the Pont Neuf to the Louvre, saunter five, ten, fifteen minutes in any direction to view art, eat at wonderful restos - of all levels and cuisines - easily get supplies…shop at nifty boutiques… Thierry was the perfect host: welcoming, thoughtful, responsible… The studio is outfitted w the needs of a traveler who enjoys preparing meals. It is small - really best for a single person (unless a couple is used to living in extremely small quarters). The neighborhood is safe - that’s a definite plus - with easy access to buses and trains. Thank you Thierry for your hospitality.

Cozy place in the middle of the action

The arrival was flawless, with Thierry giving precise and accurate directions for entering the property. The elevator worked quite well for us. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Checkout was equally easy. Thierry is a master of communications, always answering and offering assistance unlike any host we have ever experienced.

The location cannot be beat. Within walking distance of many museums and sites. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. Highly recommend and would return here next time in Paris.

Best location at a great price

My daughter and I shared a long vacation using this apartment, and it worked out very well for us. Thierry was very responsive and helpful in all our communications. The bed could use firmer pillows for sleeping (and more of them too, since the bed is also substituting for a sofa in the room layout). I couldn’t ask for a better location; many nearby restaurants too. I would happily stay there again.

Lovely Vintage-style Pied-a-terre

Terry was an excellent host, super-responsive. The courtyard was a bit noisy while I was there, but it turned out a lot of it was unexpected renovations in another apartment, and Terry was good about checking on it. @Terry - it might be helpful to have a list of which channels the TV has :) Maybe there's one there, but I seemed to always pick the ones on the TVGuide that were not subscribed :). Overall, super-convenient, great place to stay.

Home away from home

Left bank location, short walk to the Siene River and easy walking distance to many sites. Apartment is clean, secure and safe. Our host, Thierry came by shortly after our arrival to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location and Great Host

We spent 6 nights at Thierry's Saint Germain studio and the location is perfect for walking to nearly everything in the city center, many museums, restaurants, and shops. There are plenty of convenient transit options as well. The apartment is secure and Thierry provided easy entry instructions and checked in after we arrived to see if we needed anything or had questions. The apartment is small, appropriate for 1 person or 2 people who can share a bed. If you have realistic expectations of central Paris apartments, this is a great option. Almost all showers are very small in the lovely older buildings and hotels. If that won't work for you, look for a place that specifically offers a larger shower. Pros: Location! Safety, no street noise, washer/dryer (such a luxury!), coffeemaker with pods provided, elevator (so you don't have to drag your bags up a winding narrow stairway), kitchenette, good communication from host. Cons: We found it very warm with the radiator heater that we couldn't adjust and had to open the windows to sleep at night, but we prefer a cooler sleeping temperature. The towels could use a refresh and some additional blanket options would have been nice. The shared wall is very thin and we could clearly hear the neighbors on occasion, but it wasn't a huge issue.

Enjoyable first visit to Paris

The apartment is small, but adequate for two people. The location is within walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and other tourist attractions. Easy access to a couple of metro stops from which you can get anywhere in town.

Well located apartment and quiet

We did expect a small apartment which this is. The bed, although comfortable, was a double which proved challenging. Never did get the television to work but the room was clean with plenty of storage space. We chose this flat because of proximity to family so it was fine for a week. It would’ve been nice if the owner had shown up to explain a few things but that didn’t happen

Fantastic!

Communication was great and very easy to follow. We had no issues getting into the place and it was perfect for what we needed. It can get a little loud at night, but it didn’t bother us and if you have the windows closed you don’t hear it at all. We made friends with the Le Balto staff where we had a nightcap each night and having a small grocery store near by was perfect. Great food options in the area too. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

This apartment is in our favorite Left Bank neighborhood! Everything is right outside your door. The apartment is very small but very clean and it was a very good value. We will be back!
