The space
The house features a large sun terrace and a garden with seating as well as a shaded outdoor dining area under an umbrella. An indoor dining area is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and an air fryer. All bedrooms feature automatically controlled air conditioning. Based on the existing bed layout, the property accommodates up to 8 people. The configuration for 8 guests is best suited for couples or families, with Rooms 1–4 accommodating up to 8 guests.

Guest access
You have access to the booked rooms as well as the kitchen, terrace, bathrooms, and indoor/outdoor dining areas. You can use the parking space in front of the garage; please open the gate fully for this. The parking space is suitable for a maximum of a small minivan. A minibus might fit, but this cannot be guaranteed depending on vehicle size. Additional public parking (may be subject to fees) is available directly in front of the property or further up the street behind the sports field (the most affordable option).

Other things to note
The upper floor is accessible only via an external staircase. The ground floor contains Room 4, the kitchen, a second bathroom with shower and WC, and access to the garden. Wi-Fi is available, but please note there is no TV and no luggage storage. The property is located along a street. A washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee. No extra bedding is provided for couples. There is no privacy screen in the garden. The entrance doors remain unlocked, and use of the property is at your own risk. The host occasionally stays overnight in a separate room on the ground floor and uses the bathroom there. Please inquire prior to booking if you have any concerns regarding this.
