This location provides a serene experience while still maintaining access to everything nearby within seconds! From shopping, to local restaurants, bars, events and activities, it doesn't get much better than this.

We want to provide everything you would need, because we want you to feel at home, so take a minute to review the list of all of our amenities and provisions!

LOCATION:
Despite the fact that you are located on a small, private, and secluded road with hills on each side, you have access to local shopping, entertainment, and restaurants that are located less than 60 seconds from the property!

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS:
Two separate bedrooms are on the main floor with two queen beds. A private office space with an additional twin bed and crib is connected directly to one of the bedrooms. A private bedroom is located on the lower level with a twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and also one on the lower level. Each bathroom is stocked with essentials. Additional pillows and blankets are provided for an optional/additional sleeping space in the lower level sectional. 5 hotel-style pillows are provided on each queen bed, and 2 pillows for each twin bed. 4 mini baby blankets are also provided in the crib.


AMENITIES:
Review our list of amenities below and see everything this home has to offer! We also provide complimentary, pre-packed travel essentials, including: toothbrushes, floss, lotion, Dove soap, and toothpaste. Bottled water, snacks, and candy varieties are supplied as well. For all of our bath towels they are plush, hotel-style quality. Additionally, for each bathroom we supply 16 oz bottles of bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner (refilled with Dove and TreSemme brands). A fully stocked coffee bar includes fresh coffee bean varieties (along with a grinder), and almost every essential needed, including creamers, syrups, powders, and a variety of sweeteners. Varieties of teas are provided as well. Bottled water (10 bottles, Aquafina), chip snacks (13 individual bags), and candy varieties are also provided. We do our best to have a fully stocked home with every amenity you can think of to give you the same feeling that you never left home. Please let us know if you have any questions as to any of our other provisions.

ENTERTAINMENT:
There are three separate entertainment spaces. The living room on the main level, the second living room on the lower level, and the front enclosed sunroom. Card games and board games are also located on the lower level along with a miniature pool table! There is also an electric fireplace on the main floor living room. Additionally, the firepit area at the bottom of the yard is completely secluded and provides a real "backwoods" feel for your campfire experience.
Four Roku Smart TV's are located in the two upstairs bedrooms, and one in each living room. A NETFLIX account is already provided by us, signed in, and is complimentary to be used on each TV.

When guests reserve this space, they have private and autonomous access to the land and entire home on their own!

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for us. We recently attended a three day running event and needed a place to sleep and ea. There were many places to go out to eat, and also a fully stocked kitchen to cook in. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was nice enough to work with our running event schedule. I woild highly recommend staying in this home.

Peace and quiet

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon to get away from our busy life for a week. Literally almost everything you could possibly need. The house is clean, the hot tub and all amenities in the home work great. The neighborhood is quiet but super close to literally everything. Very much enjoyed our stay.

This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. It's family and pet friendly! It could also work for friends who get along well and don't mind sharing a bathroom. The host is incredibly thoughtful. And, as a home-away-from-home it's so well situated. You're close to the airport, a mall, the parkway if you want to go into Pittsburgh. The most wonderful part of the stay was my arrival. (That might sound odd, but I was running a bit behind my intended arrival time and feeling rather stressed out). When I pulled in the drive--lo and behold! Lights were on (kind of like your parents probably did for you when you were out past dark). There are festive lights decorating the entire enclosed front porch and lights in several rooms throughout the home were also on! There are thoughtful extra touches--baskets of snacks, a basket of things you might have forgotten to pack (Tylenol, toothbrush, etc.) and if you like to cook--this kitchen is so well supplied with all kinds of culinary cookware and gadgets, you'll immediately feel at home. Bonus? A coffee and tea bar. WOOT! When I travel for work I prefer VRBOs to hotels. This was one of the nicest ones I've stayed in. It's not flashy--it's a good old-fashioned family-style home where you immediately feel at home. Two-thumbs up! Highly recommend!!!

Cozy and Convenient

On a trip to visit our son at college. The house was perfect for our family and dog. Plenty of room and great for watching Sunday football on the big screen while shooting some pool. The location is very close to shopping and restaurants, but being down in the valley, it's super quiet and you feel miles from anywhere. Our host was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for a relaxing break and all the snacks! We'll definitely be back.

An absolute gem, perfect in every way

My husband and I live in S.C. and visited Pittsburgh family for a long weekend. This home is perfect. Clean, every amenity. It had more nice touches than any other property we have rented. Water, snacks, toiletries, makeup remover wipes. The towels and linens were fresh, the beds comfortable. Kitchen had nice touches and everything we needed. AC was really comfortable. The area was convenient and quiet with restaurants, Walmart, Target. Jonathan was a great host, very cordial, very attentive. We would stay here again for sure. It suited our needs completely, and we loved this beautiful home.

Relaxing and fun place to stay

Our family stayed here because our son was getting married and we needed to stay close to the Lodge at Brady's Run park. The house was convienant to hotels where other family was staying, as well as, stores, restaurants and the above mentioned venue. The house was very clean, cute and fun with lots of space and neat amenities like a hot tub. Games and a pool table were in a very comfy basement that was great for our grandson. Nice fenced in backyard with a grill was a nice perk too. Communication with owner was great and timely. We really have nothing bad to say about anything associated with this property. The entire place felt so comfortable and inviting and had many small touches like coffee, creamer, special syrups, candy and snacks. We were very pleased and will certainly recommend this great place to others.

Details Matter!

This property was exquisitely filled with "the little details" that truly matter. A wonderful snack & coffee bar welcomes you. The spice cabinet and small kitchen appliances were a delight. The extra large plush bath towels exceptional and don't forget the awesome "game room basement den"....all this in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to any convenience one could desire. This has to be the most thoughtfully curated place we have ever stayed, which is saying a lot as we rent at least 3 or 4 times a year. The host provided little touches that other owners do not such as pet treats, coffee (fresh beans!) and creamer, toilet paper, spices and disposable plates, bowls and utensils. There was plenty of cookware and bakeware. The property was spotless and the game room boasted plenty to do for all ages. There was evidence around the firepit of wildlife and we saw plenty of bunnies. I would recommend slice of heaven to anyone looking to rent in the area.
