Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at La Gloria for a long-term work assignment and truly enjoyed my time there with my dog. The location is fantastic—close to restaurants and shops downtown, the beach, and the marketS. You can easily walk to Lover's Point in about five minutes.The house is clean and has almost everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped and comfortable. There are three rooms upstairs, and when my family visited, they were able to stay in each one. Parking space is small and fits only a small sedan, but it’s still very convenient to have. Staying at this house made my time in Monterey comfortable and made it feel like home!

The house was extremely well maintained and in an excellent location. We saw several whale sightings during our month long stay. House was well equipped and our dogs loved the fenced back yard. Very accurate description and pictures. Might want to consider moving the TV in one of the guest bedrooms into the sun room - a great place to lounge. Excellent stay and we highly recommend using Sanctuary Vacation Rentals Inc!

We stayed at Barbara's cottage for a week and loved it! It was very clean and comfortable and close to all the places we wanted to go. Communication with Barbara was easy and effortless. We would definitely stay again!
