Coco Plum Beach and Tennis Club holiday lettings

This is a superb Keys rental that feels like your own secluded resort. Owner is kind and super responsive with all communications. The home is as per advertisement, clean, and stocked. We loved the screened porch which we sat out having coffee breakfast and evening drink. All the rooms have opening doors which in the morning was fab to let the keys breeze flow through. The heated pool was a treat, the garden tastefully landscaped and very private. We enjoyed fishing off the dock catching many variations of fish, at night the dock light was cool to watch the fish and wildlife such as manatee pop by. Kitchen well stocked with coffee, sugar, spices, soap etc... Would defiantly return and recommend to anyone.

We had a fabulous week at the house. Cyndie provided all the check in details in advance & the property was all ready for us by the time we arrived. The outside space is great & the house nice & comfortable, especially the beds. Enjoyed fishing off the pier catching a few tarpon & a couple of nurse sharks. Had slight issue with a tap to which Cyndie responded extremely promptly & overall we had a great time, the perfect base for exploring the Florida keys

We loved everything about Coco Plum Paradise. The pool was great and the boat dock was ideal for the boat we rented for fishing. Highly recommended!

Set in what has to be one of the best locations I could ever describe… facing the ocean with plenty of seating options to watch the sunset. Very comfortable accommodation with every appliance you need (and a few more too) Our host could not have been more friendly and offered excellent choices from beaches to restaurants. Thank you very much we had a wonderful 8 days at Marathon

Good location for driving up and down the keys. The apartment has a slight view of waterfront and was a quiet and relaxed area. Easy parking and the apartment was very clean. All in all a pleasant stay.
