The layout of the home gives large groups with multiple families the privacy and space they desire while being right next door to each other. Once combined the home has 6 bedrooms with 5 baths, 2 pools, 2 kitchens, plenty of parking and 80 ft of dockage for your boat. Cielo's Del Mar is perfect for a large family or friend group vacation!

The Space:
Welcome to Cielo's Del Mar, a spacious and luxurious modern duplex home. Perfect for accommodating extra-large families, reunions, retreats, or gatherings. This unique property offers ample space and privacy for up to 16 guests, with 6 bedrooms and multiple living areas. The layout of each home is identical with the below description explaining what both sides of the duplex home have to offer. Downstairs on the first level is fully fenced in with ample parking spaces, ping pong table, bikes, kayaks, pool toys and an optionally heated swimming pool with access to the dock area. Upstairs on the first floor, the living area opens up to the second-floor terraces where you'll have canal and water views on both sides and the ability to connect the homes by opening up a divider door and have access to both homes. The first floor living area is where the open concept kitchen. living and dining rooms are located as well as the half bath and access to the connected terrace. Boating a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessities needed and more, offering stainless steel appliances for your use. The living room has a large leather electronically reclining sofa and 60" flat screen TV with streaming. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, Bedrooms 1 and 4 have a king bed that connects to bedroom 2 and 5 via a jack and jill style bathroom with walk in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 5 have a bunk bed with queen size on the bottom and full up top, both rooms come with their own individual closets. Bedrooms 3 and 6 are king size master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and balconies access is located across the hallway. In the same hallway we have in unit washer and dryer available for our guests with detergent and fabric softener provided.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property, both pools, 80ft of dockage, putting green, and access to a private white sand beach, Olympic sized swimming pool located at the Cabana Club just a short 5-minute walk away.

The Neighborhood:
Key Colony Beach is known for its relaxing, quiet, laid back atmosphere and white sand beaches. The Cabana club, Havana Jacks and the Key Colony Inn Restaurant and the Key Colony Marina are all within walking distance of Cielo's Del Mar. There is a 9 hole par 3 golf course, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts for your use as well. Don't miss out on the sunset at Sunset Park!

Getting Around:
Getting around Key Colony Beach is easily done by walking, biking, or Golf cart if you choose to rent one at the property.

Other Things to Note:
Kayaks and bikes for your use are included with your stay.
80' of dockage is included with your stay.
Key Colony Beach Cabana Club is located 5 minutes away and access/membership is included with your stay.
Trailer parking is available via reservation with The City of Key Colony Beach ( ask your agent for more information ).
The speed limit in all of Key Colony Beach is 25 miles per hour. Do not speed, you will be ticketed.
Helmets are required when riding bikes if under 18.
Pet fee: $200 per pet. Maximum of 4 pets.
Pool heating fee: $200 per week, per pool or $300 per week per week for both pools.
Golf cart rental $500 @week per golf cart
Please inform us upon confirmation of reservation if you will be bringing a pet or would like pool heat added by selecting the options on your rental agreement.
A 4% service fee will be added to all VRBO reservations for payment processing fees.
