Welcome to the BEST LOCATION in Netanya's Central Beach (Sironit-Beach). Across the street from the beach elevator, and 5 minutes walk to Kikar. No need to use your car. Netanya's Best Restaurants, Shopping, Beach and Nightlife are all within 5 minutes walk. This Beautiful, Newly Built, 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo is situated on the 12th floor of a brand-new building on the beach. It has a balcony that offers Beautiful Ocean and Sunset Views. Ocean View from the master Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen. This condo can sleep 8 if using the sofa bed in the living room, it has high speed internet and cable TV with Netflix all included. The kitchen is Fully equipped with all the appliances to make your long or short stay comfortable. Inside Washer and Dryer. comes with 1 parking space inside the building, additional street parking is available nearby (for a fee). Managed by a professional management team. The location was amazing!! Great view of the beach and very close to the square.

Apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. Doran got back to me immediately with any questions I had as was extremely accommodating in many ways. We hope to stay again next time we visit. Highly recommend!!

Best Location Ever!

I traveled with my family for two weeks. Doron was very easy to communicate with before we arrived. It took us a little while to figure out the stove, the parking remote, and the AC (which we rarely used because the ocean breezes kept the place cool most of the time), but once we did, we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable and nice soft towels. Beach towels were included and great! The kitchen is a little sparse with the cooking utensils, but we made do. The couch did have some rips and there were some stains on the living room carpet. Nothing major and not a big deal, simply looks like it's been used. The couch itself was very comfortable. Full size fridge. Overall, very comfortable. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Wow! Directly across the street from the beach elevator and the stairs down, walking distance to Shufersal and Super-Pharm, as well as many bakeries, restaurants, and stores. A little fruit stand and cafe right there. Pizza place and bar across the street as well, and maybe 5 minutes to the square. Yet, very quiet at night and very easy to get to and to leave when going on trips. I would 100% stay here again in the future.

Die Lage von dem Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Organisation und der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war sehr gut. Wir können dieses Apartment empfehlen und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Shalom and thank you for considering my Beach Condo for your Netanya visit. Me and my wife purchased this condo recently on our visit to Israel. We stayed there on vacation and fell in love with it :). It was an easy decision to make as the location is amazing, and we visit Israel often. Now that we have a place that we can call home away from home, we decided to share it with other visitors anytime that we are not there. Our Beach Condo is professionally managed, by a highly qualified management company in Israel. My manager is there to always answer all your needs before and during your stay. Just a call or a text message away, should you need his help. I am looking forward to the opportunity of making your stay pleasurable.

The home is right across the street from the Beach Elevator (Netanya's Central Beach) where you will also find many restaurants and all the beach essentials.
Within 5 minutes' walk, you'll be in Kikar Haazmaut and Hertzel Street Promenade, with more restaurants and cafes, bars and shopping.
The condo is modern, nicely decorated and fully equipped for a small or large family.
