We are committed to following cleanliness guidelines for our guests. We were dedicated to providing a clean experience. This one bedroom cottage is located in the heart of Ogunquit. It doesn't get much better than this location. Park the car and never get back in it. Walk to the main beach, restaurants, the Marginal Way, the Ogunquit Playhouse and Perkins cove. We provide Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and an umbrella to make life easy for you. No need to pack in the car. The cottage has 1 bedroom with queen bed, a large living room that has a Pottery Barn pull out sofa bed, full kitchen with a kitchen table that seats 4, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, a must have washer & dryer, AC, beach towels, outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Deirdre was a wonderful host and the cottage was lovely (with warm baseboard heating and awesome hot water in the shower - important items for a December visit)!! The location was perfect for walking to the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and Ogunquit.

Quiet hideaway with easy walk to town, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and theatre, and dog-friendly! This was our 2nd time staying here with our dog, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. This time, the unit showed some minor signs of wear (probably due to end of season), but owner responded quickly to any questions we had.

Super comfortable cottage!

Cute cottage, very clean and everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and short walk to marginal way. We had a wonderful time, in fact we already booked for next year! Deidre is quick to respond to any questions you may have and check in was seamless.

Clean and good location. It would be better for us it there was a king bed or two twins. The owner went above and beyond in response to our request for sheets for the pull out couch. She responded promptly to our requests.

Such a great place!

Our family of three had a great time here. Super clean and quiet. We walked all over--take the shore/footpath way to the beach, it's very nice! Do be prepared to walk, but it's not far to the things you'll want to see, and being able to access marginal way (which is as lovely as I remember it being when I was a kid) was great. The whole stay was great!

Really charming

The cottage is terrific, just as it looks in the photos. We walked to restaurants and the beach. Marginal Way is so close. We really enjoyed it!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The cottage is very clean, well equipped and private. It is in short walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottage also has a nice gas grill, and a deck for dining /relaxing outdoors. There are public tennis and pickleball courts nearby, an added bonus. It was terrific to be able to bring our dog. Communication with our host Deirdre was excellent.

Perfect cottage!

We loved staying at this cottage. It was clean and the perfect size for the two of us, and is very conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Ogunquit. We definitely recommend it!

Cottage bliss

Quaint, comfy cottage within walking distance to Marginal Way and downtown. Peaceful quiet surroundings with beautiful view of garden and birds. The cottage was well equipped with all necessary items to ensure comfort and relaxing stay. Host was exceptional with communication, availability and timely responses. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean

Enjoyed our quick trip. Cottage was perfect for my husband, daughter and me. Very clean! Easy check in and check out. Cottage had all the amenities you need. Location was great, close to Marginal Way, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend.

Great location in Ogunquit

We had a good stay. The location is close to Shore Road and the Marginal Way, and a quick walk to the middle of Ogunquit and then on to the beach. Check in was a breeze, and the property was clean. Spent lots of happy beach time there.
