We were in Burlington for Champlain Family weekend - the location was exceptional - we were able to walk and didn’t have to worry about parking. The house was very cozy and well appointed - it was fully stocked with everything you would need. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome to our home snack basket, wine and cold water bottles in the fridge. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay for girls' weekend! Very clean, inviting and well stocked house (loved the welcome gifts!). The bikes were an added convenience for us. Great location with plenty of parking.

Host goes above and beyond to provide everything you need or want. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to walk to restaurants downtown, which was very convenient.

We had a terrific stay in Burlington!! The house was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed for our weekend trip to visit with our UVM senior. We appreciated the off-street parking, and the location was very convenient, just an 8-minute walk to Church Street/Main Street to meet our son for lunch and multipe dinners. It is equipped with anything and everything you could need, should you forget something!! Would definitely return!!!

This home has all the unique and artsy features you would expect and hope for when visiting Burlington. The hosts go above and beyond with thoughtful touches that make you feel especially welcome, including cozy blankets, extra soft towels, and sweet treats. The beds are super comfortable. The outdoor area is calm and relaxing, with plenty of seating options and outdoor activities to enjoy. The location is ideal, being close to both Church Street and the waterfront. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back!

Great house in a great location with plenty of outside entertaining space.

This is the coziest little house in the perfect location in Burlington. Walkable to everything you want to see. The property owners keep their house well stocked so you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

This house is “cozy” and feels like home. The hosts could not have been nicer. The location is awesome (a very short walk to my very favorite farmers market!). Ten out of five stars!

The property was amazing! There were so many blankets, and my youngest son loved the cornhole out front. The nights were cool and we were able to take advantage of the seating behind the house for some fun family time. We walked to downtown each day - maybe 10 mins walk. The host had left us some special surprises in the kitchen which was amazing since we had a long day or traveling.

Comfortable and cozy

Jacqueline the host provides so many amenities and just about anything you could ever need. The towels are soft and fluffy and the beds are super comfortable. You can't beat the fact that you can walk downtown to bars, restaurants and breweries.

just a few blocks to downtown Burlington

Close to downtown so you can walk to dinner, shopping, breweries, even the lake, but in a quiet neighborhood. This cozy little home is well stocked with everything you need and more! Jacquiline seems to anticipate your every need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our Burlington visit

The property is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown. We walked to dinner and shopping. Lots of things to do nearby. There are plenty of extra touches, Jacqueline, the host, has thought of everything.

Fantastic Stay

Best vacation stay I've had! I had some friends visit me for my birthday weekend and this home was able to house us all comfortably. The host left clear instructions and snacks for us! We felt very welcomed and at home. This home had everything we needed from towels, to toilet trees, to pots and pans. This home is about a 10 minute walk from downtown which was perfect as we spent a lot of time on Church Street.

Comfortable house in a terrific location

Came to Burlington for UVM graduation weekend with three generations of family. The house was well stocked, centrally located, and very comfortable for our group of 5. The hosts made it very easy to stay there with coffee, half and half, a bottle of wine, cookies and candy, and available toiletries in case anyone forgot anything. Great experience overall!

What a happy little house filled with thoughtful amenities! Comfy beds, soft sheets and fluffy white towels. Giant TV inside and nice lounge area out back to enjoy the Vermont fall weather. Thank you for a great place to land during Family Weekend at UVM.

Wonderful Eclipse Stay

So easy to walk everything we wanted to see in downtown Burlington. We were in for the eclipse that was a lifetime phenomenon, also took advantage of so many other things Burlington had to offer. It was great being able to walk to most of them and not worry about parking. House was full of unexpected treats, candy, and a huge number of towels. There was great communication with the owners. House was warm and cozy. Thanks again!!

Central Location - Great Host

Separate guest house with everything you need with close proximity to Downtown Burlington, the waterfront bike trail and UVM. We stayed in Burlington to visit friends at night and to eat out (lots of bars and restaurants) and driove 30 minutes in the morning to ski Bolton Valley. Lakefront is breezy in winter but we’ll come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the Adirondack Mtns across the way. Host Paul has thought of everything you might need from an extra toothbrush to universal charging cords, candy, coffee and bottled water en masse. Shower with plenty of hot water and modern double showerhead was a unique (good) experience. Huge TV and full cable access was a bonus.The place was very comfortable - more like being at home than a hotel room.

All that you may need - and more!

This was my second stay at this property. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive when booking this appointment. The goal of our trip was to actually start some construction on a newly purchased home in the area and this place was a delightful 'home base' during the operation. The supplied snacks and coffee ensured that we could start our day right now cue. Proximity to downtown meant we could easily walk over for a dinner or to watch a football game and have a beer after a long day (not to mention being perfectly set up to watch a game in as well!). Items such as hair dryers, bathroom amenities and extra towels helped us to clean ourselves up after a long day of work. The washer/dryer in the unit was also an excellent addition so we could clean our clothes and not have to pack them all dirty! This home truly will have everything you need and would be great for a short or long term stay, no matter your plans in the area!

A Perfect and easy stay!

With a group of 8 booking a place to see a concert, we were late in the process of finding a place to stay that could accommodate 4 adult couples. We lucked out immensely staying in this property. We were skeptical about how we would fare in a very tight space, but all 8 of us were able to sleep comfortably. The day of the concert turned out rainy, so we had to improvise our plans to hang out in the living room of the house. With an abundance of games and complementary snacks, passing the time was a breeze in a cozy but comfortable space. We also utilized the outdoor space which had plenty of room for us all to sit, chat, and play some cards in a private setting. The property is very close to the neighboring building so I can see why the host made reference to following the noise rule of 10 pm (we simply moved inside at that point). We made several walks into downtown Burlington, which around half a mile. Very convenient location, parking was also not an issue for 4 cars in the driving and there seemed to be more for street parking readily available if needed. The easy walk made getting home from the craziness of the waterfront concert a breeze. The host also provided tons of complimentary candy, snacks, water, a bottle of wine, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack. There are plenty of towels as well as extra blankets and sheets to use with the pullout couches. The pullouts do require some moving of the furniture to fit everything, but nothing to bad
