Amenities:

-Full kitchen with range, oven, toaster, coffeepot, pour-over, kettle and all dishes and cookware you would need.

-Dining area with a solid oak table with room for four. An additional leaf for the table is available with two additional dining chairs to accommodate seating for six.

-Cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a large smart TV. We have an AppleTV device with Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video, and Fubo for you to use. Our Fubo account allows you to watch live TV.

-There is a large deck off the living room with adirondack chairs and a tiny peak-a-boo view of the water.

-High speed fiber internet throughout home and garage.

-One bedroom on the main floor (which is the second floor) with a comfortable king-sized Leesa Hybrid bed with organic cotton sheets, nightstands, and lamps with USB ports, a closet and dresser to store your belongs, and blackout shades. There is an adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub, double vanity and plenty of storage.

-There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - one with a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser and closet.

-The other bedroom on the ground floor is very large and has two twin beds and one twin trundle (3 twin beds in total). The room includes a bean bag couch, bookshelf with children's books, a dress, and closet. There are four large windows with a view of the surrounding trees and blackout curtains.

-A detached garage is available for you to use and includes a work area with an adjustable standing desk and office chair. The garage also is covered in wall to wall rubber gym flooring and includes a weight rack with 5lb, 10lb, 15lb, 20lb, 30lb, and 35lb weights, bands, yoga mat and block, a balance board, and a Peloton. If you plan to use the Peloton, please bring your own clip-in shoes. *PLEASE NOTE - PLEASE DO NOT PARK VEHICLES INSIDE THE GARAGE*

-The home has a circle driveway which plenty of space for a few cars.
