New Modern Home avec de superbes Vue sur l'eau

Cette charmante maison neuve situĂ©e Ă  Eastsound, sur l'Ăźle d'Orcas, est moderne, propre et baignĂ©e de lumiĂšre. Elle comprend le rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec la chambre principale (lit king-size) et une baignoire au mĂȘme Ă©tage que le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine. Il est Ă  deux pas jusqu'Ă  la vĂ©randa de l'allĂ©e de niveau. A l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur, vous trouverez une salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision, avec un canapĂ©-lit queen-size, une deuxiĂšme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux un des siĂšges de fenĂȘtre confortables en plus d'une salle de bain complĂšte. Il ya mĂȘme deux futons pliants pour les petits clients que vous pourriez vouloir dormir Ă  proximitĂ©. La sĂ©paration de l'Ă©tage principal au niveau infĂ©rieur est trĂšs accommodant pour les personnes qui veulent un peu d'intimitĂ© des autres clients. Ou tout simplement un peu de temps tranquille pour eux-mĂȘmes. Toutes les chambres ont vue sur l'eau, y compris la salle de bain si vous laissez la porte ouverte. :-)

Second time staying at this property! Tina was very communicative to make the stay as great as possible. I love walking out to the views every morning. We had everything we needed to cook. Played some games and watched some DVDs in between hanging out in Eastsound and Moran State Park.

Great home base for a week of adventure. The house has everything that you need - a view, comfortable furniture, and so many DVDs. The house is in walking distance to so many of the restaurants and shops of Eastsound. The house comes equipped with a single cup, French Press, and traditional drip coffee.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous VIEW!! This was the perfect choice for two couples, offering privacy with one bedroom downstairs, and a well-equipped kitchen. Our host was so helpful, providing tips, suggestions and some local insider knowledge! I hope to stay here again next year, and the year after that

We really enjoyed your home! We arrived to a lovely clean house! So well stocked. We were able to prepare all the food that we brought for our adventures with family the was camping in the area. We are cooks and the kitchen is so well equipped !!! The beds were comfortable.

The place was perfect! Beautiful view with 2 story floor to ceiling windows. Tina was not only helpful and attentive but proactively reached out to help us with things like the ferry and local favorites. The house was in perfect shape and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

We have an annual scooter trip to the islands and first time at Orcas. This is a wonderful location, though there is one spot on the way up to the house that's peculiar, seems to be a hoarder. Neighbors are quiet, and the view and overall vibe are A. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but was perfect for us as we unloaded the scooters and didn't have to adjust the parking at all during our stay. The host Tina is exceptional- highly attentive and accommodating. Would stay again!

Scenic Eastsound Stay

Tina was an excellent host and our stay in Eastsound was amazing. We walked to town several times, and Eastsound is not a far drive from West Beach public access, Moran State Park, Turtleback Mountain Preserve, etc. The property has great views and it was nice to sit on the deck in the mornings and evenings when we got back.

The house looked just like the photos, complete with a water view from the upper level. Bed was comfortable. The road up to the house took a little getting use to. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Perfect spot

Location is great. Right next to Eastsound. Drive up the hill to the house is a bit steep and gravelly, but we were able to get a Prius up there easily. View from the house is fantastic. Hoping to stay again in the future.

My son Reed and I built this home in 2013/2014. It's a labor of love and a dream come true for me. A long time visitor to the island since 1998 when I was married at Rosario Resort. After visiting several times a year we got an opportunity to own a little place of our own here on this beautiful island.
I wanted it to feel like a getaway and be completely different from our home in Bellingham, hence the modern design and bright colors. It's fun and always puts a smile on my face. I also wanted to capture the amazing view and have a whole wall of windows facing south to the inlet of Eastsound. Having all the window focused on just one wall also provides an amazing amount of privacy. You can't help but stare out the window where you can see eagles soaring and the occasional small plane flying into town.
