Situated 1 block from quaint downtown Balboa Island, this 2nd floor unit of a duplex offers easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
It's 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths make it perfect for a large family or groups of friends.
Along with its great corner location, the unit has 2 entrances, front stairway and rear stairway for easy loading and unloading of your car from the carport.
Downstairs is also avaliable see "shiny gem on Onyx Ave.

Second time renter and still an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was so clean and well equipped! Check-in was a breeze and Ron is such a kind and communicative host. The location is great especially the proximity to all of the great shops and restaurants on Marine! We will definitely be back again and again. Thanks Ron!

Home is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. Location is conveniently close to shopping and dining. Host is very responsive and caring. We experienced a mechanical issue on Christmas Eve and it was resolved the next day. Would highly recommend this lovely spot.

Great family time

Wonderful location close to the beaches for days of fun. Family couldn’t get enough of Balboa Bars. The balcony and rocking chairs were a wonderful way to get enjoy the sunset.

The house was perfect for my family and spacious for all 7 of us. The location was wonderful for walking to shops and restaurants as well as the water. Ron was so quick to respond to any questions and accommodating for last minute construction happening right outside the house.
