This was my first time using Vrbo, and Sarah was truly a great host! She was supper responsive with any questions we had, very thorough will all instructions, and just overall provided a great experience. I’ll be staying again next time I go to Scottsdale!

Great condo close to Downtown Scottsdale and spring training baseball. Condo was very clean. Loved the updated kitchen and bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Location in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale

Convenient location, very near Old Town restaurants, shopping and Sloan Park. Clean, updated kitchen and bath. If you are reserving in March, take note of the heat/ac situation. The heat had already been switched to ac (the unit has one or the other, not both at the same time) when we had a very chilly day and it was a bit nipppy (65) in the unit.

The space
This condo can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. The unit is great for families, couples, week-long getaways, fun retreats and long term rentals.

Features include:
-Large 60 inch 4k Ultra HD Smart TV with HDR. It is equipped with all the streaming apps you need and basic cable.
-Pull out queen sofa bed in living room.
-King size bed in bedroom.
-Brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances.
-Keurig coffee maker.

AC/HEATER... The complex has a shared air system. The HOA switches the system to heat during cooler months when the AC is not necessary, generally Nov-April. The system is then switched over to cooling for warm/hot months, There is an elevator and ramp access to the this third floor condo.

One designated covered parking spot a few steps from the stairs close to your front door and ample guest parking.

The laundry room is just down the walkway and accepts coins, credit or debit .

This unit is to remain 100% smoke free and pet free.
