Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please clean out the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please refer to rental agreement for house rules.

Condo was clean, and a joy to stay at

It was a great time just to get away for a few days. The property manager went out of his way to help me while i was there.I really had a great time just to enjoy the beautiful mountains at night, especially the total black sky. It.was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful view!

This was such a nice place to stay. I appreciated the safety features such as security lights with motion sensors that would come on when I arrived after dusk. There were plenty of electrical and USB outlets for my tech gadgets. The condo was clean and contained all the amenities that I needed. A resort security officer showed me upon arrival where to find my unit and I saw other security officers patrolling the area numerous times during my stay. I felt very safe there.

Cozy Cottage

Ease of check in, Justin went above and beyond with the internet connection and helping John watch the Gators game, clean, well stocked and awesome view. The condo advertises a communal pool but the owner of the unit is not a member and the daily pass is expensive and adds up over the course of 3 weeks ($25.00) per day. Other than this, very comfortable and will be back. Anita and John

Dated but clean except for a couple dead bugs in window sill. Fridge should be replaced because freezer door keeps popping open. Oven is very old but works. For the price, I was happy overall

poor manager

good property. small. manager is not experienced. water was off part of the day sat. was told to wash the towels at end of stay and washer flooded condo. manager said he knew about the problem but did not change the check out instructions. also said unit had coffee but did not. would not stay again.
