Wonderful place to stay with the family

Found a very comfortable place to stay and more surprise to find much more snow as our expectation's were low as this winter has been weak so far. Enjoy it a lot with all our family.

Good location for families and friends

Well located. Spacious place. The communal places were well arranged and comfortable to be in. The 2nd living room with the play station worked very well for the teens. The only draw back was that some mattresses were on the hard side.

Great house with plenty of room. It was nice to have the large kitchen area and two living rooms! Location was good with a quiet neighborhood while still close to town. House was clean and communication was easy. Would recommend! There were a couple areas for improvement. Some of the mattresses were a bit too soft and could probably be replaced. The late check out charge was 100 per hour even with no one coming the next day - felt a bit like a rip off.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, large kitchen, and quiet yet convenient location. It’s great to hear the home was clean and that communication was easy throughout your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses and will share this with our team for review. Regarding the late check-out fee, we understand your concern and want to clarify that adjusting check-out times requires rescheduling our cleaning and inspection teams, which also involves additional costs. The fee helps cover those adjustments to ensure the home is properly prepared and maintained for every guest. Thank you again for your recommendation—we’d love to welcome you back for another stay! Wonderful Home!

We arrived on Christmas Day and check in was a breeze. The house is beautiful and amply supplied with linens, towels, kitchenware, games, outdoor equipment, etc. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet and peaceful. My younger kids loved sledding down the hill in the yard while my older kids enjoyed the very short drive to Palisades to snow board. We had an amazing trip and hope we can make it back someday!

A lovely home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house worked well for us. A few suggestions: kitchen needs blinds/shades (very hard to see on sunny mornings). Kitchen needs a salad spinner. Extra linens were appreciated. Overall, an excellent property.

Spacious Beautiful Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our family vacation in this large beautiful property. There was plenary of room for all of us. In the winter I would highly recommend a AWD or 4x4 vehicle unless you are very proficient putting on chains. The property is located up a 12% grade hill that recommends chains when the road is covered in ice and for good reason, ask me how I know.

Too much of a good thing kept us away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really looking forward to staying at this rental with our group. Unfortunately, we never made it up to Tahoe. The weather so so severe, roads were closed, and the threat of avalanches, and roofs collapsing under the weight of snow, all of this played a factor in our choice to stay safe at home. Maybe this spring we can plan another (first) stay here.
