Designed specifically to be a cozy, comfortable getaway for families, couples and friend groups. All cozy, high-end bedding, large sectional w/ a 65" 4K SmartTV for ultimate TV viewing. Backyard equipped with large deck, soft glow string lighting, propane grill, ping-pong table, & turf grass for backyard enjoyment all year long.

We had a beautiful stay at this VRBO. Hosts were responsive, property was as described. Hosts generously allow small events (we had a small gathering for my baby shower and it was lovely). Great location and close to playgrounds

We stayed here for a week and had a good time. The house was a great location to family that lived out there and easily located near all activities we wanted to do. There was an issue with the AC breaking and the owners were responsive and got it fixed as soon as possible. They were great to communicate with. If you are traveling with little ones, the Westminster Nature park is right down the street and is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the garage access as it was raining when we got in. Great access to both downtown Denver and to the mountains. The back patio was a great place to enjoy the afternoon shade and unwind. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous inside and out

I had a very enjoyable stay at Samantha's home in Arvada. The house was spotless, the furniture and beds comfortable and all in all very cozy. It rained and snowed during my stay so I wasn't able to enjoy the outside deck and games ... but hope to be back.

This was a great location and the house was amazing! The house was located really close to anything we needed or wanted to do. It was clean and family friendly. My kids loved the ping pong table out back and the board games in the cupboard. The Host was very responsive, accommodating and was even able to let us check-in early! Why they chose this property

This neighborhood has the perfect location for people who want to be able to enjoy all the city has to offer while retreating home to a nice, quiet neighborhood. This area is very safe, has beautiful views and more access to lakes and ponds than you can find almost anywhere in Colorado. The location is perfectly nestled in a pocket between all major highways (I-70, I-25 and Hwy 36) making transportation anywhere a breeze.

What makes this property unique

Before I became a mom, I used to do lots of travel for both work and pleasure. I got to know the kinds of things that are nice to have when away from home and have done my best to stock the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with all those things you need to freshen up in the bathroom, stay cozy in the bedroom or cook a nice meal in the kitchen. When it comes to enjoying the outdoors, we wanted to create a space for people to enjoy cooking, dining and playing games with friends and family. The backyard took a lot of work, but it is our hope that you will love it!
