Beautiful location and property but was very dirty in a way that it felt like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years and is likely a frequent party location. Wouldn’t matter as much if we didn’t have a toddler crawling around

Easy stay in Windham

Great location adjacent the ski resort. House was well stocked with really comfortable beds. Clean and together place. Beautiful area.

Enjoyable stay at Wyndham

This property is very nicely located on a hill at Wyndham. We have been in Wyndham before but this place was much better. We were 2 families with 2 kids who also enjoyed the stay along with adults. The house was pretty clean and all the necessary stuffs were available. Only problem we had was about not having a curtain or blind on the skylight in the room above. I let the owner know about that and hope that will be taken care soon.

CURRENTLY NO AC otherwise would rate higher

I see the potential of this unit. Appropriately named “skiing” it is probably a gem to visit in the winter time. However, would NOT recommend in summer…This unit does not have AC at this time and put a dent into our stay. With the heat advisory we were frying at 82-85 degrees… couldn’t sleep on the top floor, despite the fans available. The coolest temp we had indoor was 79! With fans and windows open. Noted the basement was much more tolerable. The owners very responsive and nice, stated they are working on a solution for this but I would definitely confirm this issue is resolved, as this winter cabin is built to keep in heat.

I recently stayed at this wonderful property and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The communication with the host was exceptional—quick, clear, and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and charm, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch vacation rental!

A terrific getaway in the Northern Catskills!

The property is clean and very well appointed. They have clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable and at home! We love this location on the mountain too. It’s close to town but feels private and quiet. Plenty of room for a big group but also great for a couple. We had friends join us for a few days of our week long stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a heat wave during our stay and the house was unbearably hot without AC, especially the master bedroom, which is on the 2nd floor. Next time, we will opt for a place that has AC in the summer. It’s too bad because this place is so quaint and enjoyable otherwise!

We went for a weekend of skiing. We could walk to the slope which was awesome and the layout was great for our group.
