You’ll find a spacious game room with a pool, ping pong table, and an 80-inch TV for your entertainment. Walking distance from the house is Hampton Park, where you have easy access to hiking and biking trails, fishing, and a boat ramp, making it a great home base for outdoor enthusiasts. The perfect place for a family reunion or large gathering!

The host is very welcoming, and she communicates very well. She made sure I was well-accommodated at all time and enjoyed my stay. The house itself is very large, and it sleeps 12 people comfortably, which is really impressive. Large closets upstairs was a cool feature as well. The island the home is on, Campbell’s island, is also really cool and kind of secluded from the rest of East Moline but still close to everything. My group and I didn’t get to use the pool in the backyard because we went at the end of October, but some of used the weights in the sunroom. The host was awesome, and there’s plenty to do at the house and in the surrounding area!

the home was very spacious, giving us ample room to hold our family reunion. Due to storms, we were only able to use the pool one day, but our great niece had fun swimming.We appreciated the easy access to grocery stores, as we came in from North Caroline and not familiar with the area.

8 guys met here in quad cities to play golf for 4 days. The house was the perfect size. Everyone had their own bed. We enjoyed the ping pong/pool table a great deal, and had a poker game on the huge dining room table. There were reviews that the upstairs rooms were hot in hot weather. Window air units have been installedin both bedrooms and the game room and we slept quite comfortably on an unseasonably warm weekend.

Family Vacation

The pool was our main reason for booking. We were not disappointed. A beautiful pool! The house was spacious but the a/c didn’t work in the 2nd floor bedrooms very well. It was 90 degrees out. A perfect place for our family to hangout!

Family Getaway

This was the perfect house for our family getaway. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and deck were perfect for the extremely hot weather during our trip. The A/C was not working when we arrived. The owner was prompt in responding and having it repaired. Couldn’t have asked for a better time with family! We will be back next year!

Spacious home

The home is large with lots of choices for sleeping. Plenty of items for cooking meals. Amble bedding and towels provided. Good communication from the host.

Great location

Was in the QCA for floatzilla and stayed at this property just at the start of campbells island. The house was large and comfortable. Everything you need to cook and eat in. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Great for large family

We loved staying here. Lots of options to sleep many people as well as many common areas to enjoy. We also loved the pool right on the river. Great views! May need to bring extra trash bags for large groups otherwise it was pretty well stocked and a great Island House.

2024 family trip

We had such an amazing family trip at this home. Plenty of space for everyone, the pool and deck area were perfect for what we were looking for- relaxing and enjoying time together. The owner was very attentive and responsive. We will be back next year.

Tad bit out dated smelled old when arriving no lights out front porch very dangerous with the step. Raccoon took over both nites out bac climbing from roof. Watching your every move was also wierd with cameras rolling

Thanksgiving Gathering

We have a large family that lives throughout the US, so we needed a place that we could all be at to have our Thanksgiving celebration. This place was perfect for that. We were able to cook, celebrate and relax all in one place. We would love to come back during the summer to try out the pool.

March Madness

Property was just what we needed for our time away from home. Lots of room indoors and outside, plenty of comfortable furniture to lounge around on, and the billiard and ping pong was enjoyable.

Great large home overlooking Mississippi River

This is a perfect property for a large family, which we were. There are large common areas for togetherness and plenty of other rooms for privacy.The large deck with pool overlooking the Mississippi River was awesome. House was very clean. I highly recommend this place and will definitely rent again on our next visit to the Quad Cities.

Spacious and fun!

We rented this for a graduation party and it was perfect. There is a ton of space to spread out, so it didn't ever seem like we were on top of each other. Driveway is large enough to fit several cars. I had a ton of questions, and the owner was very responsive to all of them. I will definitely be a repeat guest!

Great family gathering place!!

Our family grew up in Moline and has since moved to many corners of the US. We gathered for a celebration of life and needed a place to accommodate family members who were traveling and needed a place to stay several nights. What a perfect place we found on Campbells island. It was spacious, clean and everything we could have imagined. Highly recommend!! Will definitely return
