Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a ranch-style house, NOT a fancy house. Enjoy the two porches front and back, the patio with BBQ and fire pit, a Spa and endless swimming pool, a pool table and ping-pong, a TV in every room, well equipped kitchen and laundry. Close to the beach for surfing, fishing, boating,’snorkeling, diving or just enjoy the Florida sun. Minutes to Saint Lucie river for kayaking, the Intracoastal waterway and plenty of shopping. Free wifi.
The space.
The house is 1.4 miles from Saint Lucie River where you can kayak or go for a trip in the pontoon boat for a small fee. 15 min to the Jensen or Ft Pierce beaches and park. 10 min to the mall and tons of shopping in St Lucie West less than 3 miles away. Walk to CVS. Parks near by with tennis courts and children games.
Hospitals and health care centers less than 5 miles. 90 minutes from Orlando and Miami

The patio with BBQ and fire pit, the back porch with a pool table or ping-pong table. Relax in the front porch with a nice breeze in the lounge chairs.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take the trash bins out to the side of the road
Leave the remote control to the garage on the kitchen island
Log out of all the TV s Netflix, Prime, Youtube etc. Cover the pool table with both covers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No children under 6 are allowed in the hot tub if available.
The pool table is only for adults, please make sure you leave all the balls in the box.

The hot tub was not clean when we arrived. The prior guest had put something in it and water was very cloudy. We contacted the host and they were very accommodating in getting in cleaned but we were unable to use it for several days.

January vacation

This property was very clean. The size of the home was perfect. A bonus was the screened in Lanai complete with a pool table and ping pong top. Location was very quiet and walkable. The host was very friendly and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We felt right at home!

A beautiful home away from home

The house was spacious, neat and clean with plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood was peaceful, loved the porch and backyard. Olga was a marvelous host with on-time responses to questions and needs.

Clean home to stay in. Property located in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood! Stores located within short distance and beach within 20 min drive. Home could use improvements but very clean and reasonable rates. No complaints with our stay at the property. Property owner very responsive if assistance needed.

Said there was hot tub and there was but not usable. Grill but no gas. Most outside chairs either had rotting legs or ripped seats and were unusable. Front patio so uneven was dangerous, a real tripping hazard. Ripped screen door. Not what we were expecting. Neighborhood was fine.

You should have rented a $300 per day home, this is not a new home. The jacuzzi was advertised as not operational, you used the grill and left it so dirty and now you said there was no gas?. The chair damages were done because people leave them outside like you did our good chairs.

Excellent host - a few things could be improved

Pros: Olga was a great host. I reached out about an issue we had, and she resolved it the very next day. I can tell she cares about her rental and her guests' experience. There were plenty of towels and linens for us. The place was very clean for us when we arrived. Cons: it seemed as if some dishes were missing, we didn't have enough plates and bowls for all 5 of us for one meal. Not a huge issue, as we didn't eat many meals there. The vent for the tankless water heater vents into the back screened porch where the pool table and hot tub are located. I'd prefer that to go directly outside. Overall, our stay was good and this house met our needs for the week. Thank you Olga!

Loved this home!

This home in Port St Lucie is a gem. It’s a happening city… lots to see and do, but the neighborhood where this home is located feels so peaceful and quiet. But it’s still so close to everything!! It’s amazing. We enjoyed staying at Olga’s property. She is the sweetest host. Kind and thoughtful. Made us feel like family. The house has everything. Very well stocked with towels/linens. Fully stocked kitchen. TVs in the living space and each bedroom. A nice laundry room with a washer, dryer, hamper, and laundry baskets. The back of the house is screened in and overlooks a nice quiet backyard. It’s got a pool table, ping pong table, a dart board, and a jacuzzi. Lots of options for sitting outside in the front and back of the house. Inside, the layout of the home is just perfection. The main living space is very big and open. Everyone can be together and interact with each other. Then you walk down a hallway to the bedrooms, and they give the feel of being kind of tucked away and just have a very peaceful vibe. Where you can really relax. The king size mattress in the master bedroom is magnificently comfortable. We really appreciated staying at this house, Olga has it set up where it truly feels like you are home. Would absolutely book another stay here in a heartbeat!
