Plush fabrications, Pottery Barn 'Westin HEAVENLY Bed' and furniture, and ample lounging spaces indoors and outdoors atop the brand new paver-scape offer elements of comfort and coziness. Amazing location one block from pristine St. Augustine Beach, within the heart of the famous A Street beach area in the City of Refuge, this setting begs for lingering strolls on the beach, inspiring conversations, and savoring a bit of the island life.

Sip your morning coffee with your toes in the powder-like sand while you soak in the warmth of the brilliant sunrise and the joy of watching the dolphins play in the Atlantic Ocean. Walk one block for surf lessons and great surf gear at the Pit Stop Surf Shop, enjoy a positive cup of Joe at the Stir It Up walk up café, or relax at one of the great restaurants within walking distance. Grill out under string lights and savor good eats and great memories on the back porch, with storytelling by the fire pit. Ride a beach cruiser or walk to the Pier, Artisan/Farmer’s Market and Sprinkler Park, or local mini golf. This is the perfect beach house for a girls trip! Us 4 ladies had a ball! Short walk to the beach. And Trish had everything we could ever need for it! Short Uber to downtown! Couldn’t be happier!

This was our fourth time staying here, and we love it everytime! It’s clean and cozy, with everything you need for the beach right there in the garage and all our favorite spots within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly and very good about communicating too. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

We absolutely LOVED our short stay here at the Sea Salt Sanctuary. This little house was perfect. Within walking distance to the beach, and so many other places! Coffee shop is right around the corner, and lots of dining close by as well. We’re already planning our trip to come back here next year. My 5 year old keeps asking “Mommy, when can we go back to the beach house?” Thanks for an awesome stay!

A lovely beach cottage, very comfortable with all the amenities. A short walk to the beautiful beach, and the location close to main streets to get to all the St. Augustine attractions. The hosts were helpful throughout the renting and checkin in process, and accessible when we had questions. We hope to come back next year!

Beautiful and very clean cottage. Perfect for a couple or a couple with kids. The backyard patio is a dream come true, so relaxing. It has everything from snacks to all your needs to spend a wonderful time at the beach that is a 3 minute walk from the cottage. Trish, the hostess is wonderful and quick in answering all your questions. Highly recommend the Sea-Salt Sanctuary!!!

We loved the beach-themed decor and the private backyard! Walking to the beautiful beach and coffee shop was wonderful. Everything was wonderful! We stayed for our 20th anniversary and this rental was perfect. Conveniently close to everything, especially the beautiful St. Augustine beach. This property is clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for an amazing vacation. We really appreciated the beach chairs which we used for spectacular sunrise and sunset viewing. Highly recommend!
