Perfect location right on the sand! Views of the sunrise each morning from the comfortable porch couch. Clean and well-stocked. We will definitely stay here next time we are in San Diego!

Our second year in a row staying at this property. We love coming to Mission Bay with our two kids and the house is the perfect size and location, and has everything we need for a great week at the beach!

Our family had an amazing time at your property! With 4 kids under the age of 12, the immediate access to the bay and close proximity of the patio to the water was perfect for us! Also, thank you for allowing us to check in early, that was a huge help as our kids were tired from traveling. My wife and I are already looking at dates next year to return, so hopefully we will be back around the same time next year!

Great house right on the beach on the bay side. Perfect for our 1 yr old and 3 yr old grandchildren. No issues with the house! Great house. Well stocked. A high chair would be a nice addition.Do wish it was closer to walking to more restaurants but great location otherwise

Right on bay, clean big house to hold lots of people. Has everything you need. Held our huge 3rd row car in the garage also. End of mission blvd but able to walk to everything. Perfect for us.

Excellent property

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is one of the nicest and well kept places we have rented. The property had the best kitchen and cooking supplies. We were also surprised at the amount of paper products in the unit for our use. I would highly recommend this property.

Best vacation spot ever!

This place is a dream. The location is perfection, it's in a quieter part of Mission Bay, so serene and lovely. The house layout is great for families with the kids' rooms sharing a bath and the adults having their own lovely suite with a balcony. Everything was clean, house was well stocked with cooking basics and cleaning items. The outdoor shower was such a bonus to keep sand out of the house. It's rare to rent a place that has adequate knives and cookware—we like to make most of our meals and the knives were abundant and sharp, the cookware very nice and high quality (in fact I might buy some for my own home!). It was hard not to just sit on the patio all day, this was the most relaxing vacation I've ever had and we will certainly be back. Thank you!!

Amazing!

I can't say enough about this home! It was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. The location and the view couldn't have been better. The rental company was great to work with. Answered any questions we had immediately, and gave us some great recommendations. We will be back next year! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous Bayside Vacation

We loved this clean spacious home with fabulous bay views. We enjoyed waking up to the calm bay life with the beach less than a block away. We enjoyed markets around the corner. The entire experience was seamless and we enjoyed our time here for a long Easter weekend. The house had everything we expected and would love to stay here again.

Great property but pricey

Great location, great lay out. Unfortunately weather was not great so we didn't make use of all the amenities like paddle board, beach chairs, etc.

Great Stay in Mission Beach!

I had a great time visiting friends in San Diego and staying in this awesome property right on the sand on Mission Beach - Bayside!I love the south end of Mission Beach on the bayside because it is lovely and quiet. This property was right where I like to be - great view every morning drinking my coffee on the patio.I'll be back!

Beautiful Location!

This is a great house on the quiet end of Mission Beach/Bay. It was the perfect location for our family who enjoys fishing near the channel, boogie boarding in the ocean and paddle boarding in the bay. The house was well equipped and spacious. We will definitely be returning.

A beachy retreat on the bay

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property and we love it. The bay is quiet and peaceful with the clean, sandy beach right off of the patio. When we want a little more action, we just walk a few blocks over to Belmont Park. The owners are very easy to communicate with and it’s just an all around enjoyable spot to stay in San Diego!
