Awesome Trip

My family and I had an incredible time at the beach and stay at the condo. The location of the condo and set up of the condo were beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend this place to families or parties of 5-9 persons. Hopefully one day my family and I will be able to return.

Great Location

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy. Condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Less than a ten min walk to the sand, even shorter walk to shops. I think we’d all stay forever and live off Chaupain bakery and Bonzai Bowls.

Well located apartment

Celebration of Life trip

I grew up in Dan Clemente and my husband wanted his ashes spread out in the ocean so my family returned to carry out his wishes. The house and the location was absolutely perfect and I would/will definitely return.

Beautiful Condo and beautiful location

Location location location!! Beach and pier just 5 min walk as well as downtown 5 min walk away. The condo was great. Very comfy beds and couches. Everything you need and more. Wonderful all around. Would definitely stay again!

Great place close to beach and everything

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice apartment. The place is equipped with everything you need. You got sea view from the roof top. Plenty of toys and beach equipment in the garage. We absolutely recommend it!

Terrific Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent - we easily walked to the beach everyday (with all of our stuff, took maybe 5 minutes to walk), and it is also a super short walk to a ton of shops and restaurants just up the street. The property also gives guests access to way more beach stuff than we needed, which was great! There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys for the kids, even surf boards and wet suits. The apartment is updated and very nice, and has everything you'd need. The second floor deck was a nice perk as well. Overall, this is fantastic place and was perfect for my family and I!

Wonderful!!!

Thank you, Bill and Marsha, for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo. The location just couldn't be better---so close to the beach and the shopping/restaurants as well. The two wagons provided were such a help in transporting beach chairs (which were also provided) down to the beach. Sunsets on the upstairs balcony were enjoyed----almost as much as the ones at the pier!! I hope to be able to come back. My grandsons loved the bunk beds!! Thanks again for such a nice place!

Perfect place for our visit!

Great location and perfect for our vacation! Plenty of space! Great living area for our whole group! The description was misleading. There were not 2.5 baths. There was a half bath downstairs, a full bath upstairs, and a shower in the bunk room. The garage is small, so big cars won't fit. Street parking is challenging close by. Even given the oddness with the bathrooms and the challenge of parking, the location was great and we loved the place!

Not what you expect, but EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR.

Location is everything and we knew we had picked a perfect spot when we got out of the vehicle and looked down the hill straight at the ocean. Every morning with coffee on the upper deck allowed us to see the water, the sun come up over the hills and the moon falling behind. The galley kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ask for and things that you didn’t think would be supplied like extra touches of thick mats in front of the sink and stove for cooking. Everything is labeled and organized and immaculate when you walk in the door. This home smells nothing but clean. The pillows and mattresses in every room are like being at home. These are soft, ample for everybody. And also everything is supplied in the bathroom areas, common areas including beach and surf equipment, chairs, towels and sunscreen. Our stay was more than we expected regarding comfort, price, amenities and security. Beautifully decorated, managed and cared for. Thank you for an incredible vacation. Larry, Tammy, Judy

Wonderful Place to Stay

Amazing Location!

Best location in San Clemente! About a 7 minute walk to the beach at most and the downtown area with amazing shops and restaurants is a few blocks up the street! The house is fabulously comfortable. Everything you need to have a wonderful stay. William was wonderful to communicate with. I wish the beds weren't quite so soft, but that might be a personal preference.

Nice House, Busy Street

The house was spacious and well cared for. A little older, so it had some issues like sticking cupboards. Very nice furniture! Overall it was super nice inside. It does share a wall with another unit and the young people staying there didn’t quite get the whole quiet time idea, and it’s on the main drag going down to the beach so it’s busy outside. We enjoyed our stay though.

Comfort and convenience

Very clean. Brand new sofas very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of dishes, utensils, and cookware. Comfortable bed. Brought our own feather pillows. Shower water pressure good enough. Lots of towels. Lots of windows so good air flow. Convenient to have off street parking - easy to park a van. Easy to communicate with Bill - very nice guy. The street was noisy at times but sleeping was not a problem. Would stay here again. Thank you Bill.

We have been in the vacation rental business in San Clemente since 2000 and have met many wonderful people as a result. We really enjoy sharing our home and beautiful San Clemente with people on vacation or escaping from uncomfortable weather back home. We strive to keep our rentals clean and comfortable and take every opportunity to make upgrades. We are proud to provide the quality of accommodations that bring many of our guests returning to stay with us year after year.

Location! San Clemente is a small beach community that is perfect for vacationing. We are walking distance from downtown shopping and restaurants and the main beach and pier. We are also halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego and are able to take advantage of everything these two great cities have to offer.

Once you are here, if you don't plan on leaving town, you really don't need a car. You can get around anywhere in town on the Trolley.
The San Clemente Trolley Red line runs every weekend all year.
The Red and Blue Line services for Summer will begin Memorial Day weekend, and will run throughout the rest of the summer, through September.

The scheduled service times for the Summer schedule are:

Monday-Friday: 12 noon – 10 pm
Saturdays: 10 am – 10 pm
Sundays: 10 am – 8 pm
Additional Holiday Service Hours:

Memorial Day: 10 am – 8 pm
4th of July: 11 am – 11 pm
Labor Day: 10 am – 8 pm
The trolleys are free to ride, and riders can expect a trolley at each stop about every 15 minutes. Trolley stops are clearly marked with signs.

The San Clemente Trolley also connects with the Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and Laguna Beach Trolley systems, so you can tour the entire nearby area.

We are located on the coast in South Orange County, often referred to as the "California Riviera." Nearby is historic San Juan Capistrano and the Mission; Dana Point Harbor where you can picnic, fish, sail, whale watch, and rent jet skis, kayaks, and stand-up-paddleboards; and the beautiful beach art community of Laguna Beach.
San Clemente is located midway between Los Angeles and San Diego and just an hour's drive from Los Angeles and Disneyland to the north, and Sea World and the San Diego Zoo to the south.
San Clemente is described as a Mediterranean "Village by the Sea." San Clemente is a small beach community with most businesses located on one main street that leads to the main beach and pier. We now have the newest Outlet Mall in Southern California, which is only a 5 minute drive away.
