Our entire family truly enjoyed Dolphin East. There was something for everyone! It met all our needs: plenty of rooms, views from multiple levels, the ocean right out the back door, place for wee ones to play down stairs, room to spread out, big table for family dining and game nights, well stocked kitchen for cooking, multiple fridges, even a place for you to get a little solitude away from the bustle of a big family. My personal favorite was the master with the porch. If you don’t feel like going out to the beach, you can sit up there and still enjoy all the best parts of it without the sand. It rained on us a couple of days, but that didn’t hinder us from having a good time because there’s enough room to keep kids and grownups busy if you can’t get outside. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. We love being away from the busy beach activities, but still close enough to drive there. There were plenty of restaurant options within a few minutes drive and stores for those things we forgot. The beds were comfortable, the towels were wonderful, and there were enough bathrooms for all of us without having to wait on anyone to finish- that’s important with Littles. Our grown kids enjoyed the patio seating in the early mornings and evenings while the littles played on the screened-in back porch. The host was quick with responses also. Best family vacation to date! Thanks, Dolphin East!

Beach view just steps from the water. Every amenity needed for a perfect family beach vacation. Ample space in the living and dining areas. Spacious kitchen and great grilling area. Family is already talking about next year!

Great property with ocean view, short easy walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen , especially for a lot of people. Spacious kitchen with two refrigerators was very nice. The door that leads to downstairs doesn’t stay closed very well, along with the screen door on back porch is hard to close. Good deck chairs to enjoy the view. The balcony was big enough for storing beach gear, would be nice to have some hooks for beach towels to dry. We donated boogie boards and beach toys to add to the hug collection of beach chairs and floats. There were a few light bulbs out. Good amount of bath towels and the big washer and dryer is great! The beds are comfortable and the ceiling fans are fantastic. Could benefit from a rug outside the back door to wipe the feet a bit more. Unfortunately the floors weren’t cleaned very well and the outside decks were very sandy. The house is spacious and comfortable and would stay there again, the cleaning crew just missed the boat this time.

CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL

Absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, the views are beautiful, everything was beautiful. Very clean and up to date. It has the best air conditioner in the south. We had 5 kids with us ranging from 1 year old to 6 years old and it was the perfect set up for them.

A great place

Everything was nice. We really didn’t need to bring any chairs, boogie boards or sand buckets, they had everything. We even left some things to add to the collection. Our room did not have a tv, but that’s okay, it was peaceful without it. The teens tv didn’t work. Overall we had a great time, great location.

Annual Family Vacation

This was our second year we stayed at Dolphin East for our Annual Family Vacation. We had a blast on the beach and at the Beach House. We love the location of the house and it’s location to the beach. Awesome Gulf Front views and easy to get in and out when you’re visiting the area. Very clean, recently updated and lots of room for a family. The owner Shawn is awesome to work with and is great with communication. I highly recommend the Dolphin East for family time on the beach!! We will definitely be back for another Annual Family Vacation!! Thanks Shawn for sharing your awesome Beach Home!!

Spacious Home

Loved the room to spread out in the living room and kitchen in this home-plenty of seating for everyone! Kitchen is well-stocked. There is a storage closet by parking for beach toys/chairs/boogies boards (we brought our own, but there seemed to be a little of everything except umbrellas). The screened in porch and exterior deck gave plenty of room to spread out outside. Didn't encounter any problems while staying here and the host was quick to respond.

Lovely beach home for our family

This home was clean, quiet, and spacious, with the dunes and beach just outside the door. We loved the screened porch and the deck for looking at the stars. The grandkids especially enjoyed the hang-out nook! We would definitely stay here again.

This home was a wonderful treat four our entire family. There was plenty of room to just enjoy each others company or have some time alone. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and had some wonderful extras like blenders and crockpots. There were awesome thoughtful things like extra pillows, high chair, playpen, floor fans, game systems, board games, and books. Tons of beach gears was located in the storage unit for use. Shawn was wonderful with communication. Just a great family trip!! Thank you!

Great house

This house had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. Slept 13 very comfortably. Easy beach access was very nice. Pool was a little chilly for this time of year but would have been perfect if warmer outside.

Great house for a family

This property is in prime location to the beach. The property owner was friendly and responsive. The home is huge and beautiful. This was the perfect retreat for our massive family vacation. Would repeat over and over again.

Family Spring vacation

Enjoyed our stay at Dolphin East. Great communication with the owner. House was roomy and comfortable for our family of eleven. Had a nice “beach” feel. Screen porch and deck were used a lot. Beach is very accessible via the boardwalk. Very beautiful location. The beach closet has lots of sand toys and chairs.

Perfect family beach house

We found the beach house to be the perfect family beach house. The location was wonderful with good views of the beach. The living area accommodated our large family nicely. The kitchen, dining and living area is expansive . Kitchen aid as fully stocked with all we needed and there’s even a second refrigerator. The outdoor space is equally accommodating. You won’t go wrong booking this beach house.

Back Home Again

We rarely stay the same place twice...we stayed in the other half of this house last year and lived the location. This property did not disappoint. It's the last unit on the boardwalk so nobody walks in front of your house. There's a grill and fish cleaning table at the foot of the stairs. We LOVED the tall deck chairs and enjoyed every evening on that porch. The closet under the house was packed with chairs, toys, and everything we needed for the beach. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked with knives, pots, pans and plenty of dishes and silverware. There's a new Dollar General store about eight miles away for quick groceries and ice. The beach is steps away as is the pool. Perfect location for a family vacation. The owner was very responsive and the property was well maintained.

Fall Break at Fort Morgan

Loved the location! We have always loved the Fort Morgan area and the South Breakers location was awesome. Quiet beach, perfect weather, excellent boardwalk, great screened in porch, a storage closet full of beach goodies for the kids, discount from the beach rental company, upper deck with a phenomenal view, and a great television in the primary gathering area. Beautiful Property

Beautiful property but a distance to find much for restaurants.. Kitchen and sitting area was awesome for gathering a large group as we were forced to play board and card games due to the awful weather. Nicely furnished and plenty of dishes ,pots and pans. Would recommend without reservation.

Beautiful home right on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home! Location was perfect! Views were amazing! Home had everything we needed plus kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Pools were clean and a short walk from the home. The beach was very clean and not crowded, which we liked. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for a couple days due to a previous storm the week before, but Shawn (owner) helped us get it up and running and he was extremely nice! It didn’t hinder any part of our stay whatsoever. Fort Morgan is the perfect area and beach if you are looking for a less crowded area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home!

Wonderful beach house!

Our group of ten had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect just as shown in the listing. Three king-size beds for the adults, plenty of extra beds for the kids and teens. Located right on the beach and very close to the neighborhood pool. Well stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend!
