Find the most classic of Cape Cod getaways at this single-story home in Falmouth, wonderfully located mere steps from a sandy beach on Great Pond.

This home sits just a few blocks from the heart of Teaticket Village, on a street that dead-ends into the ocean inlet of Great Pond. You can easily stroll to the beach on the pond, ride your bikes on the waterfront trail that begins one block south, or head one mile south (by foot, bike, or car) to Bristol Beach on the ocean shore. Whichever beach you choose, you'll have chairs, an umbrella, towels, a cooler, tube floats, sand toys, and a wheeled carry-all for your use.

The property was thoughtfully designed and equipped for guests of all ages. Enjoy a flat, fenced, grassy yard that's wonderful for kids as well as a bocce set and a Solo Stove to entertain the adults outdoors. For any guests with mobility issues, there's a fold-up ramp on hand for the two-step front entry.

After a day at the beach, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower, toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and bask in the cool relief of central AC. Use the gas grill and the breezy, open kitchen to prepare dinner, and sit down to eat on the back deck or in the window-lined dining room. Each evening, gather in the living room for a few favorite movies on cable, DVD, Blu-ray, or streaming.

Additional features include a primary suite with shower grab bars, smart TVs in the primary bedroom and one of the guest rooms, and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
