Spacious house great for multi-generational family vacations. Kitchen with island and breakfast nook. First floor includes king master bedroom with private bath, large bunk room sleeps 5, plus guest bathroom with shower. Enjoy breathtaking views of Martha’s Vineyard from second floor Great Room with Juliet balcony. Large dining table for family dinners, generous family room seating area with big screen TV, game room, upstairs bathroom, plus one queen bedroom and one double/full bedroom. Each bedroom has its own window A/C unit.

Outdoor space boasts large deck, with outdoor dining, gas grill, seating around gas table, two basketball hoops, outdoor shower and plenty of lawn for games. Short stroll to quaint beach called Straight Ahead beach.

The property was beautiful and the owner very welcoming and informative. A short walk to two beaches, and a great area overall. My grandsons loved being able to ride their bikes to the beach, and we all had many walks on the beach while we were there. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with both indoor and outdoor space really sealed the deal. I would highly recommend this property for a Cape Cod stay.

Beach house

Fantastic location! Large home, clean, easy to get downtown, 2 min walk to the beach, and owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with before and during stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Wonderful stay

What a spot! Couldn’t ask for a better location to the beach. My family and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you would need for your stay. My kids loved all the bikes and they were able to friends with friends around town. The beach was perfect, not crowded and a quick 3 min walk. Peggy was wonderful to work with and met us at the house to show and tour the home together. The street was quaint and quiet, so it was a great spot for our family. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back.

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in East Falmouth. The house was huge, had beautiful water views and was a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family (two little kids plus grandparents). We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay close to the beach

We had a great week at this spacious house in Falmouth! Peggy met us there upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the home. We appreciated the great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The house was clean, stocked with essentials (towels, toilet paper, soap), and had plenty of room for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). We were grateful for the beach chairs, bikes, and wagon that were available in the garage. Our kids loved the bunk room and the large driveway provided a space for playing. It was a short walk to the beach and we were able to spend a chunk of time there each day. The drive to Main St. in Falmouth was quick and we really enjoyed the shops and restaurants there. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to our next trip to Cape Cod!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We fell in love with Falmouth/ Cape Cod. Peggy was such a thoughtful host and made our stay extra special with a helpful guide and excellent recommendations. The house was stunning and in such a charming and beautiful location. A very short walk to the beach and the views from the home are amazing. We appreciated her hospitality and how nice she had everything for us during our stay. My children loved the spacious layout of the house and we all enjoyed spending time in the yard with the fun basketball court and many games and equipment in the garage. This property is a gem! So grateful for the overall wonderful experience we had here and would love to return here again!

This lovely and spacious home is only steps to the beach. We loved our stay in Falmouth and Peggy and Paul were great hosts. They provided a number of high quality amenities and their recommendations for restaurants were spot on. We started planning a return trip before we left!

Fabulous multi-generational home steps to the beach

Paul and Peggy were incredible hosts offering so much information on Falmouth and the area. The house was stocked with bikes, beach chairs and towels. It was a wonderful place for my extended family to come together. It was very comfortable to fit 9 of us. The bunk room was perfect for my teenage kids and their cousins. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed including the outdoor BBQ. The house was steps from the beach and amazing location to Falmouth and the Martha's Vineyard ferry. I would highly recommend Paul and Peggy's home and we would love to come back!

Beautiful home by the beach

We loved staying at this property in Cape Cod. The beach was a short 2 minute walk which we loved walking to daily. We also loved using the bikes in the garage for afternoon rides. The owners were very nice and available if needed. The house had plenty of room for the eight of us and we really enjoyed spending time together.
