This country house is located in one of the most charming and precious Venetian landscape corners, on Teolo highest part, with a breathtaking view on the surroundings. The first unit includes, on the first floor, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a big double bedroom (with AC) a small double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and tub. On the ground floor, a double bedroom, a studio and a shower room. It has an area of 100 square meters. You will love the summer kitchen with picnic area and the swimming pool. On request, it's possible to rent unit 2. You like calm, serenity and nature, so let yourself be seduced by this house that is made for you.

Lovely holiday home in a beautiful location

We spent a wonderful week's holiday in this beautiful place in Teolo, with a fantastic view on the Euganean hills. The house was ideal for our family and everything was in top order. The communication with the owners was very smooth and clear. I absolutely recommend this place to enjoy a stay in the hills or to visit lake Garda and the beautiful towns of the Veneto, which are easily accessible.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung.

Nach intensivem und freundlichem Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin empfangen, die uns alles wichtige erklärte (italienisch von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig). Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber übernommen und uns sehr über den überraschenden Willkommensgruß gefreut. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Praktisch war kleinere Küchenvorräte wie Öl, Gewürze usw. Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd und Backofen funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein guter Start. Die Wohnküche ist nicht sehr gemütlich, aber man ist ohnehin immer draußen. Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, die anderen Schlafzimmer eher zweckmäßig. Großes geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne, separater kleiner Dusche WC und Bidet. Das Haus ist von einem großen grünen Garten umgeben. Die Straße, die in das Haus herumführt, ist wenig und nachts so gut wie gar nicht befahren. Hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Das Beste ist aber der Pool mit rund 10 m Lönge, bei gutem Wetter gut temperiert und Solardusche. Liegen für 6 Personen und zwei Sonnenschirme. Und eine schöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Weinberge. Teolo ist der kleine, aber ganz hübsche Nachbarort mit mindestens 2 guten Restaurants, einem kleinen Sparladen und einer tollen Bar, die immer Treffpunkt für das Dorf, Radler und Biker ist mit klasse Café und Hörnchen. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Vo‘ und im Tal Richtung Padua. Alles in max 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Freut Euch auf einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

What makes this property unique

Colli Euganei is the Italian name for Euganean Hills, a group of hills of volcanic origin that is located on the southwestern area of Padua. It is a wide system including about a hundred hills, and it is now part of the Regional Park of the Euganean Hills. Around the perimeter of the park, there are some tourist destinations that are worth a visit, as well as the natural landscapes and the archeological remains that testify the life of ancient civilizations. Your tour will start visiting Monselice, a very picturesque city with lots of beautiful attractions.
Not so far from Monselice, there is Arquà Petrarca, where the famous Italian poet, writer, and philosopher Francesco Petrarca was born.
Westbound, stop at Este, a beautiful town with a famous fourteenth-century Castle (pic n°5) and a pleasant historic center where to have a relaxing walk. You can also visit the famous vineyards of Rovolon, which produce some excellent red wines and delicious Muscat wines.After reaching the north-eastern end of the hills, we suggest you pay a visit to the eleventh-century Praglia Abbey, a real jewel dating back to the Renaissance period, and an important center of the Benedictine spirituality.
In the small village of Luvigliano di Torreglia, you can admire a beautiful fifteenth-century villa, called Villa dei Vescovi. While driving the last stretch towards Padua, stop at Montegrotto Terme, famous throughout Europe for the great quality of its thermal spas and its wellness care. Thanks to several climates and soil-related reasons, the Euganean Hills are home to a high number of plants, trees, and flowers. Nevertheless, 80% of the area is dedicated to agriculture. Beekeeping is important, but the main products are wine and olive oil.
