The Space:

Welcome to your private and stylish pool house, a completely separate home perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The main living space is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a cozy atmosphere with a gallery wall of art.



* **Sleeping Arrangement**: Comfortable queen-sized bed.

* **Entertainment**: 50" flat-screen TV.

* **Work & Connectivity**: High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.

* **Kitchenette**: Well-appointed with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker with bar stool seating.

* **Bathroom**: Full bathroom with a shower, stocked with fresh towels.

* **Storage**: A large walk-in closet provides ample storage for your belongings.

* **For Families**: Upon request, the walk-in closet can be set up for a young child with either a pack-n-play or a twin mattress, creating a dark and quiet sleeping space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire pool house. You will have your own private entrance and can come and go as you please with our simple self-check-in process using a combination key box. An exclusive parking spot is reserved for you in our driveway. Please note that the main house's swimming pool and the surrounding woods are not available for guest use.

A few additional details for your stay:



* **Check-in**: Self-check-in is available via a key lockbox. The combination will be provided prior to your arrival. Late check-ins are welcome.

* **Property Layout**: The pool house is a separate, private building located in the backyard of our main residence.

* **Pet on Premises**: We have a friendly 10lb puppy who has access to the shared backyard area. She is very sweet and will not be a bother.

* **Restricted Areas**: For your safety and our privacy, the swimming pool and the adjacent woods are strictly off-limits to guests.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process so you can settle in on your own schedule. While we live in the main house on the property, your interaction with us can be as much or as little as you prefer. We are available via the app if you need anything or have questions. You may see our friendly 10lb puppy in the backyard, but she will not bother you.
