No smoking on premises! You will be charged if you are found smoking on the premises or if any smoking paraphernalia is found

Any smoking paraphernalia found will result in a minimum charge of $50

Clothing iron is located on table
by the bathroom.

Ironing board can be found in
each closet.

10pm-7am

$50 per stay (UP TO 5 nights)
$10/night PAST 5 nights.

Reservation must be made by the person or persons staying in the listing. Booking for other people (Third party booking) is not allowed.
