Playas del Coco is a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. Playas del Coco is approximately a 30 minute drive from the Liberia Airport.

Located in the exclusive gated community of Pacifico in Playas del Coco, Skyfall is a modern take on tropical living that comfortably sleeps up to 11 people. This house is located on an extremely private lot perched atop a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding mountains. With over 4,000 total square feet of indoor/outdoor space, this house is designed for large families or couples looking for that perfect, luxury vacation spot.

Upon entering the front door, be prepared to be swept away by panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the beautiful infinity edge pool as seen from the spacious, yet incredibly comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen in this open-concept home. On the 1st floor, all ocean-view rooms are appointed with large sliding glass doors, creating the complete indoor/outdoor experience. Providing you with a beautiful culinary setting, there is both a well-appointed indoor and outdoor kitchen, each equipped with custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and wine refrigerators. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas take full advantage of the views and are the perfect settings to enjoy meals at home.

The infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi make you feel like you are swimming on the edge of the world. While the home’s private pool and jacuzzi are not heated, our sunny, warm days keep them at comfortable temperatures. Luxurious outdoor furniture and loungers make for the perfect place to spend the day soaking in the view.

Off the living room, the primary ensuite bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet accompanied by the incredible ocean views. The second bedroom on the 1st level of the home has a large closet with two twin beds that can be converted to a king if desired. There is a full bathroom just across the hall to accommodate this room.

Downstairs are two ensuite bedrooms, one with a fantastic ocean view, the other has beautiful mountain views. Both rooms have private access to the outdoor areas, ideal for lounging and taking in the amazing tropical setting.

A private casita is also located in the downstairs space. Casitas guests will enjoy a large open living space with a small kitchenette, a gorgeous dining area, and a sofa sleeper to be used as extra sleeping space if needed. The primary casita sleeping area is outfitted with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage for your belongings.

Being in the coveted Pacifico-Playas del Coco, you have access to the 4 community pools, a large, heated Jacuzzi, a bar, tennis/pickleball courts, and a restaurant. There is a private oceanfront beach club that can be used for a reduced fee of $35 per person daily, with a $25 credit toward food and beverages.
