This spectacular home features over 3,500 square feet of living space that includes 4 beautifully decorated bedroom suites. Each bedroom has a full bath and access to its own private balcony with stunning Pacific Ocean views and front row seats to magnificent bird watching and howler monkey sightings. It's a home perfect for family vacations or a couples getaway!

Beautifully crafted , custom-made, double iron doors greet you upon arrival to the Villa. Entering the home, a professionally decorated, spacious floor plan, lined with a wall of glass bi-fold doors, embraces the essence of indoor-outdoor living. With A/C throughout the property, you will find a fully-equipped, designer kitchen ready to accommodate the chef's every need.

The private backyard area features an ocean view infinity edge pool, BBQ grill, half bath, outdoor shower, cabana, and an ivy covered deck for watching the best sunsets Costa Rica has to offer!

Birds of Paradise Villa is made up of 2.5 floors. The main floor features a half bath, laundry room (with washer, dryer and laundry sink), living room/dining room, a gourmet kitchen, expansive balcony, outdoor grilling area, an office (equipped with Wi-Fi and stunning Pacific Ocean views), and 1 bedroom with a queen bed, en suite bath and private balcony.

The second floor boasts 1 bedroom with a queen bed, en suite bath and private balcony and 1 bedroom with a king bed, en suite bath and private balcony. The next level up is a guest suite equipped with 2 queen beds, en suite bath, a personal wet bar/kitchenette and large private balcony.

In addition to the lap of luxury that Birds of Paradise Villa has to offer, your stay also includes a wonderful, private host/concierge who speaks both English and Spanish. From the moment you book your stay, they will work with you to plan every detail desired to make your vacation complete such as: arrange shuttle services to and from the airport, car and/or golf cart rentals delivered directly to the home for your convenience and without any extra fees, schedule any to all tours/excursions, meal reservations, personal chefs, pre-arrival grocery shopping, in-house massages/manicures/predicures, etc. We use only the best and safest vendors and get our clients the best possible prices. Additionally, they will greet at the house upon your arrival and will be at your service for your entire stay.

Along with your personal concierge you will also receive a complimentary maid service during your stay with additional cleaning available upon request. (*Note: There is a cost associated with more than 1 cleaning per 5 day stay.)

With an easy 50 minute drive from the Liberia International Airport, Birds of Paradise Villa is located just 1/2 mile from Flamingo Beach - one of Central America's most incredible coastal destinations and part of the Costa Rican Riviera. We're back! This is our second time to Birds of Paradise Villa. The first time we spent one week and this time we came for two weeks. Just like the first trip, we all had a fabulous time!
We cannot say enough good things about this Villa, its location and its House Manager who planned every moment from our arrival to departure. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony and relaxing by the pool and the beach. The excursions were top notch! We'll most definitely be back for a third trip next year! - Zenny & Friends
