I believe this was the most satisfying stay I've experienced on VRBO to date. Checking in communication was perfect, the house was perfect, I would not change a single thing and hope to return in August.

Very clean and a great location to anything you need to get to in surprise. They had nice little snacks waiting for us which was thoughtful. Just remember to bring your own toiletries.

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Cleanliness is outstanding. We appreciated the walled backyard which blocked views to the neighbors. Very nice to have a garage with an automatic door opener. The host was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

A nice property in a nice neighborhood

We didn't spend much time in the property, but found that it was in nice condition. The property is closer to a lot of restaurants and shops so was easy to get anything we needed.

Home away from home

I was in town for a week on business, and because I travel with my border collie, this place was a Godsend. With a safe backyard, comfortable clean stocked house, great neighborhood, and easy check-in, we felt right at home. I definitely recommend, and I will stay again when in town. Thank you!

Home away from home

This place was perfect for me and my husband visiting for a Wedding. There was lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Entrance was very easy to get in to. The house had everything we needed as well. Quiet neighborhood and had a cute park down the street. Will definitely be staying next visit.

The best part of staying here was the location. It was a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted: Golf courses, pickleball, retail, restaurants, etc. The reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because there were a couple of issues while there. Carri was responsive, however, and took care of them quickly. Also, the appliances were a bit dated and we would have prefered a king size bed and a walk in shower. The description was accurate, however, so that was our choice. It did have what we needed and we were fairly comfortable.

Mike and Teresa's review.

This is a nice little home in a quiet community. Everything was well maintained and it is very comfortable to stay there. The host was very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer to us. We will definitely stay there again when we need to babysit our great-grandchildren.

Great 2 bedroom house

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 4 days and everything went well. We were in town to visit friends that live in Surprise and also drove to Sedona (about a 2 hour drive) and the Grand Canyon (about a 3.5 hour drive).
