Newly renovated 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a hot tub. This house features all brand new furniture and stainless steel appliances.

The house is only ten short minutes away from Sunday River and has parking for 4 vehicles.

Use the 2 car garage to keep your vehicles clear of all the snow Maine gets every winter.

The space
On the first floor you’ll find a very spacious living room with seating for 9 on the couches and some comfy extra seating alongside the couches for additional people. There’s a bonus room attached to the living room with some seats, a fireplace and an air hockey table. The kitchen, dining room, one bathroom and one bedroom are also all on the first floor.

On the second floor you’ll find 4 large bedrooms along with an additional full bathroom.

The two car garage can be used to keep your vehicles.

Great Time With Friends

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The home is cozy and nestled in a lovely part of maine. The back yard felt like my own personal forest. The hot tub was amazing and worked great. Plenty of room for activities.This is a great location i highly recommend

Family winter getaway

We had a good stay in Hanover. Really enjoyed the hot tub, comfy beds, appreciated the new & plentiful towels and use of the garage. Would have liked a bigger dining table, more seating for meals and better access to the fireplace (in fact, don't even plan on using it.) We tend to prefer rental homes with more personal decor but overall this worked out just fine.

Perfect space for ski team

Josh was very easy work with and quick to communicate. The place was super clean with very comfortable beds and spacious! The added use of the garage, which seems to be a rarity in the VRBO world, was a huge bonus! We didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub, but that also looked like a great added amenity to the house. Thanks for a great, albeit short, stay!
