Elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a great view and amenities galore! The Surfside Resort features an elevated pool deck with twin hot tubs and a kiddie pool! Skip on over to the Whale’s Tail tiki bar for a frozen Margarita! The kids will be kept busy shooting hoops at the garage rooftop basketball court or one of two rooftop tennis courts! The family grill-master even has a picnic area complete with first come first serve charcoal grills right on site!

This area also boasts tons of shopping and dining options. The Silver Sands premium outlet mall is where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Miramar Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options sprinkled throughout the Miramar Beach community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joe's) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytowne Wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids along with fireworks all summer long! The Grand Blvd shopping center just outside the gates of Sandestin offers even more upscale dining options, boutique shopping and a brand new movie theater!
Looking to hit the links? You will have your pick of 8 fantastic golf courses in the immediate area including not rated courses like the Raven at Sandestin, Sandestin links, Baytowne at Sandestin, Seascape, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay and Burnt Pine. The beach view was unobstructed and i enjoyed the hot tub. The decor is a tad bit dated but the place was clean

Love the room

Was a really great room! Could have been cleaned a bit better but over all was a wonderful place to stay. Miss being there already!

Overall the place was nice. Floors were still a bit dirty and there was dust all over different parts of the ceiling. Other than that, the place was very nice

Not worth the Money

Electrical issues, broken dryer, outdated decor and horrible mattress and pillows. Could have been cleaner. Ocean Reef was not responsive, promised repairs and nothing had been done the entire week.

Nice amenities for teens

This was our first stay at Surfside. We enjoyed the amenities and the easy sky walk to the beach. The guys who worked the beach service were very friendly and helpful all week. We had a few issues upon arrival. We did not have bracelets waiting for us and our room was in another name so we had to wait to get that sorted out before getting a parking pass. Nothing major, just took some time. The dryer quit after the first day. We reported it and someone came to look at it, said they’d return and we didn’t see anyone the rest of the week. We had wet laundry spread out to dry all over the condo all week. Lastly, be aware that we received the bare minimum in supplies so you need to bring or buy things like hand soap, toilet paper, detergent, dish soap, etc. No salt, pepper or basic spices, either (Post COVID?) Overall, it was a great week and we would likely return because the kids enjoyed the amenities.

All of our units do come with a starter set of paper products and soaps. Unfortunately we do not supply anything edible as a safety precaution. Cons outweigh the pros for long-term stay

Spent 2 months in this condo as snowbirds. Pros: great view, great location, comfortable master bed, good heat/air conditioning, plenty of hot water, good communication with ocean reef management. Cons: Decor is very OLD! Dark and dingy. Master closet with strong mildew smell so unusable to hang clothes in. Wind whistled loudly through master doors. Bring your ear plugs. Loud whistling toilet when flushed in master will wake your sleeping partner. Dirt caked onto ceiling air vent and dirt next to washer/dryer, fridge and stove. Needs a DEEP cleaning. BUGS! Management responded quickly and sprayed twice but didn’t help much. Blinds broken in the guest bedroom, with uncomfortable beds. Bring your eye shades or your guests will wake with the sunrise. Owner needs to sell or update. I can’t recommend this place.
