Une maison autonome en haut de Clearbrook 1. Entrée pour un foyer extérieur et intérieur. De la tête de foyer intérieure à l'étage pour la zone à aire ouverte salon, salle à manger et la cuisine. Ce niveau est également titulaire d'un demi-bain et accède à la plate-forme. Dans le salon se détendre avec un feu dans la cheminée de feu de bois pendant que vous regardez la télévision à écran plat. Vous pouvez également préparer un repas dans la cuisine moderne et d'en profiter tous ensemble à la table de salle à manger spacieuse. Au-dessus du salon principal est un petit loft assis où vous pourrez discuter ou lire un bon livre. Le niveau au-dessus du loft assis contient la suite parentale avec lit queen, télévision et salle de bain privée avec baignoire à jets. Sur le plan ci-dessous le hall d'entrée, vous trouverez deux chambres, une salle de bain complète et une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Une chambre à coucher offre un lit queen et une télévision. La deuxième chambre a deux pyramide (jumeau plus complets) jeux de lits superposés et une petite télévision.

Profitez du Village de natation, de tennis et de fitness club avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, trois jacuzzis (une en plein air), un sauna, une salle d'exercice et 12 courts de tennis pour votre plaisir.

Localement, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonnières et toute l'année pour remplir votre temps y compris le magasinage, golf, mini-golf, parcs d'attractions (y compris un parc aquatique locale), promenades en gondole / tram, attractions naturelles, le ski alpin et la planche à neige, le ski nordique, raquette, randonnée pédestre, VTT, baignade en rivière, le kayak, l'observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

No complaints! We loved the condo and so did the kids, especially the 4 levels. Plenty of room and just as described. We felt right at home. The pass to the clubhouse was also great! We took advantage of it both days we were there. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first evening but they came right away and fixed it. We couldn’t figure out how to work the Rokus for the TVs downstairs and could have reached out to the property managers but honestly the kiddos were fine without them so didn’t feel the need too. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Clean, spacious home. Well stocked with dishes, dishware and bedding. Beautiful location. We used the clubs pools and hottubs-such a great perk! Not too far away, though did require carried (just as a heads up!)...lovely and relaxing spot to stay for the weekend with our kiddos!

The unit layout was good. The communications from the rental office was great. However, the place needed a very deep cleaning. You could not sit on the couch without coming away with dog hair all over you. The carpets were also full of dog hair. You could see it everywhere. We had to clean the place ourselves to make it bearable. It was very disappointing. The oven was also very dirty. Will not be going back.

Thank you for choosing our Pet Friendly "Clearbrook #7 Townhouse" for your trip to Loon Mountain however regrets that you did not get the experience you expected then otherwise, and that we were not notified of the issue during your stay so that our cleaning crew could and would have been sent "to make it right" for you. As then a deep cleaning of the property was done as a result of this review. Just wished we had a chance to work to correct before you left. Nice stand alone house. Most of the units at this property looked to be 2 units per building. It was nice to have the entire house. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We travelled with our small dog. He loved the outside deck. We were there at a VERY quiet time - there was not a sole staying near us, which was both nice and somewhat unusual (to not see another person). Would highly recommend this property.

Family Ski Weekend

Wonderful stay, Loon Reservation Service was helpful, quick to respond and easy to get in touch with. The condo was clean and sunny. The shuttle service was easy and super convenient. The ski conditions were excellent! Can’t wait to return!

Great time

Most everything was great. Clean, nice location, great facilities and well stocked. My only complaint is that the fridge/freezer worked minimally. Bought ice cream the first night and it melted. Ended up having to cook the meat days ahead because of it which was a downer but everything else was great! I would 100% stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!

Excellent place to stay

This condo was perfect for my family. We went for a ski weekend at Loon and the location couldn’t be any better. Less than a 5 minute ride to mountain. The cleanliness and all of the amenities were perfect. We would definitely love to rent this again! Thank you.

It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need for cooking. My only complaint is the 10am departure….that seems too early

Santa’s village

The condo was perfect for our group of two families. It was also a great location for sightseeing in NH and going to Santa’s Village. The only downside was there was no hot water on our last day. I had to take a cold shower which was not fun. It was our checkout day so there wasn’t time to call anyone. Other than that we were very comfortable there.
