Great location and lovely place

Kevin keeps his place well maintained. We prividec everything we needed for our stay with our family group ranging in age from 20’s to 60’s. Loved the historical feel of the place with the modern touches where it mattered- like the kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend!

To be honest, I’d love to keep this place a secret so it would be available for my next visit, but it was too good to stay silent. Kevin, the host, was very welcoming and the location is great. Within walking distance from many great restaurants, bars, and shops. A grocery store right across the street - hard to find in Pittsburgh! The home is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities. Close to a dog park and grassy areas near by for our four legged friends. We’re really thankful for our time there and would definitely book again!

The Best Spot to Bike the Burgh

Convenient for biking, walking the vibrant area, catching public transportation, heading into town for all the different activities, or grabbing groceries. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Great Location for a perfect weekend

Great weekend stay!! We're familiar with the location of the restaurants and bars and loved our location. Pittsburgh is an aged city and you should be familiar with the historic buildings for this area. It's close to downtown, the Steelers events and anything else you might need. Amazing South Side Gem

This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, second floor apartment was a really great find in a great area. Very well appointed and has everything you will need for a wonderful stay. Week in the Burgh

We loved that the host was in tune to what travelers are in need of for their week or longer stay. It was very nice to have chilled glasses and ice and ice water ready for us the day we arrived. Our accommodations were very nice and neat and clean. Appreciated the coffees and all the amenities provided. The hosts were readily available to answer questions or address concerns. Luxe Design House-Southside Pittsburgh

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed and more. It was a great location for walking to Carson street with tons of restaurants, shops and bars. It was also very convenient to be literally right across from a Giant Eagle in case of need for groceries, etc. Kevin was very quick to respond to all messages and very helpful with questions about parking and the area. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Cute place within walking distance to nightlife

The property has plenty of stairs but filled with thoughtful touches throughout. The bathroom had extra amenities such as razors, shampoo, body soap etc. In the kitchen K cups were provided in case you want a cup of coffee. There is a Giant Eagle across the street that was super convenient. It is only on street parking, however we always had a spot close. Owners were very responsive. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Perfect place for our weekend.

Wonderful Pittsburgh property in South Side Flats

This property was a wonderful home base for our family's visit to Pittsburgh. The host was very responsive to my messages before we arrived, and check-in was very easy. The property was very clean and in excellent condition. We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties during our travels, including properties that were considerably more expensive, and I can't think of one that was this well equipped. It had everything you would expect to find and plenty of things you woulnd't - even extra virgin olive oil! Carson Street is two blocks away, so there is easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Street parking was easy peasy.

In town for University Graduation

From the start our host, Kevin, was communicative and friendly. We had loads of information to help us know what to expect. To navigate the parking situation and to enter the property, not to mention information about the area. Our group of five stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The home was clean and bright, well stocked and very nicely decorated. It was a very comfortable space. It ended up getting warm outside and once I messaged the host, it was instantly addressed and AC units were installed. We were very happy with the property and the host! We would definitely stay there again!
