Desert modern with a hint of mid-century modern design, Casa Palma invites soothing desert colors, modern amenities, and intentional design throughout every inch of the property to create an unforgettable lodging experience. We’re locally owned and operated and have a deep love for Tucson, which is why we have incorporated much of the local flavor into our design.

The vintage MCM furniture pieces refinished by the hosts themselves add unique charm to this newly remodeled property. Upscale finishes like quartz counters, stainless appliances, and a buttery soft leather sectional for relaxing in the living room. The den provides a separate living space with games and a foosball table, offering fun for all ages.

DEN: Fun for the entire family with foosball, a 55-inch TV, “vintage” video game consoles, library, and a small game table along with various board games and puzzles!

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented laundry cleaning products. We're also eco friendly and provide personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods for our guests to use. Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilets, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a whole-house water filter/water softener so you can get great quality water straight from the tap (bring a water bottle you can reuse).

For your safety, we program a unique code for each guest into the Schlage Encode keypad lock. We do not recycle or reuse door codes or have keys that could be copied.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT FEE: There is a 5% payment processing fee that is non-refundable. If you book then cancel, our credit card processor doesn't refund fees.
- MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 17+ days, a mid-stay professional cleaning will be included at no additional charge (because no one wants to clean toilets on their vacay!). We can schedule a time when you'll be out adventuring.
- NO PARTIES, EVER: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, or other large gatherings are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.
- OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m
- MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 8 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids. There is a $100 per guest per day fee for over 8 people, so if you need the extra space, you're better off finding a bigger house that fits more people!
- PATIO SLIDER: If a patio slider is open for more than 5 minutes, the HVAC system will automatically turn off to conserve energy. It will turn back on automatically when the door has been closed.
- HOT TUB IN THE SUMMER: The hot tub is not available as an amenity from June - August. Why? When outside temps soar over 100*, the sun heats the water to unsafe temps.
- NO GARAGE: While there is plenty of space in the driveway, there is NO covered parking.
- NO COUCH SURFING: For sanitary reasons, we do not allow guests to sleep on the couch. If you need more beds, please find a larger house!
- PRIMARY GUEST: Must be over the age of 28, verify their identity (much like when staying at a hotel), sign a rental agreement, is responsible for payment, and is physically staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
