Welcome to Canyon View, an upscale soft contemporary desert home tucked away in one of Tucson's most desirable private neighborhoods. Located at the base of the Catalina Mountains between Ventana & Sabino Canyons, enjoy convenient access to hiking, cycling, biking, golf, dining, and more! Amenities include expansive desert, city, and mountain views, pool/hot tub, new furnishings, etc. Please read the house rules and other details before booking.

This beautiful home is walking distance from the Sabino Canyon National Forest recreation area. This home includes a private pool, large eat-in kitchen, spacious living room with 8' pool table, large flat screen smart TVs and more! Gas grill, outdoor dining area, private covered patio spaces accessible from most bedrooms. Please note that although this is a one-story home, it has a sunken living room (one step) and some areas require one or two steps to access. AZ TPTID: 21325898

You have access to the entire home with private pool and hot tub. Park in the garage or in the driveway. Please note that there is no RV parking on property and no street parking. We allow a max of 4 cars on property - two in the garage and two on the driveway.

What a perfect place to stay in Tucson. Great view of the city lights at night, right next to Sabino Canyon for hiking, and a beautiful, well appointed home. The pool table in the house was an added bonus and made the evenings very fun. The kitchen had everything needed to cook great meals if you so desire. Highly recommended!

The house was spacious, great spaces for family to gather and bedroom suites were great. Loved the outdoor fireplace. We had a fabulous stay. Only negative comments would be the shape of the outdoor furniture and landscaping. Things need an update and improved with new railing, plants, stone and patio furniture.

The pool and hot tub were well used. It was nice having some pool floaties to enjoy. The pool table enhanced the stay, but didn't factor in to selecting the house.The house was very spacious for our group and more remote from town which we really enjoyed. Overall a delightful stay and lovely first experience staying in Tucson.

Beautiful Natural Setting

The location is stunning (and not as far away as it looks on a map — anything you need is within 10-15 mins). The house is huge, clean, and very well appointed and maintained. Back patio and pool area are beautiful. Would love to stay here again!

We were a group of seven seniors. We so enjoyed the large common rooms, the spacious sleeping areas with huge closets and huge bathrooms. We spent many hours on the outside deck, drinking coffee in the morning and watching the desert landscape and wildlife. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every single day of our 5-day stay. Our host, Magic, was very pleasant and responsive. Any question we had was answered right away. He's great! We wouldn't hesitate to stay in that beautiful home again.

Great location!

Lovely property in an amazing location. We stayed here for my sons graduation week and had such a lovely time. Would really recommend. Quiet location with beautiful walks all around. Very close to sabino canyon which is full of lovely trails. Great host nothing too much trouble.

Beautiful home to entertain family and friends

We rented this home while in Tucson for our daughter’s graduation form the UofA. It was perfect, from the great backyard space with pool and hot tub to the home’s beautiful open concept floor plan complete with pool table. There were plenty of bedrooms to sleep our family very comfortably. We would definitely stay again!

Yes, host was great. We did find shortcomings in the kitchen. We prepared a lot of meals onsite. Luckily I brought 2 tubs of kitchen items so it worked out for us. What we found missing was a keurig coffee machine (not everyone wants the same morning drink), baking dishes and pans especially glass baking dishes sized 9x13 and 9 inch square and a Dutch oven pot.
