Our newly remodeled 5,400 square foot farmhouse features most beds on the main floor, offering panoramic views of rolling hills, mature oaks, and year-round creek frontage. Just minutes away from Boerne, Luckenbach, Fredericksburg, and other charming Hill Country towns, our location is ideal for exploring local wedding venues and enjoying hunting opportunities at nearby Joshua Creek Ranch. Indulge in culinary delights with the renowned Blackboard Barbecue across the street and Sisterdale Winery next door. Experience our slice of Hill Country heaven at Corrival Ranch. Additionally, consider our Paddock House (VRBO #4011592, sleeps 7) and Corral Cabin (VRBO #3189424, sleeps 2), available for separate rental. The property was how the pictures depicted and more! We had amazing views at this picturesque ranch. The house is GORGEOUS and larger than I could have imagined. W attended a wedding at Paniolo which is 6 mins away. We drive to Fredericksburg which was 30 mins away and had dinner in Buerne which was 20 mins away.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My son got married nearby, and the venue was just a mile away, which made everything so convenient. The ranch house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight was the working farm — the animals and serene setting made our visit truly unforgettable

Wedding Weekend

Home was lovely and spacious. We never felt crowded. Stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend. Super convenient to their venue. Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!!

Fantastic and Unique Property

We loved our stay at Corrival Ranch. There is so much space to sit and enjoy being together as a family. We couldn't have chosen a better spot to relax. The house is well stocked and all the furniture is comfortable and well cared for. We will be looking to come back again.

Hill Country Stay

Great layout and large space for a fun gathering. Beautiful property and location. Clean and well managed. Check out the BBQ across the street! Some of the best in Texas.

Wedding Stay

We stayed at this residence for my wedding weekend, as a place for my bridal party to stay together! The house was absolutely beautiful, the owners were very responsive and attentive to any questions we had during the stay! The views were beautiful! Only thing I would recommend is providing some simple cooking items such as cooking spray/grilling spray, salt/pepper, and possibly a larger outside trash can from Boerne City! Overall the stay was wonderful and I would definitely book again!

Beautiful home!

The house was huge! It 100% accommodated to our whole family! It is as you can almost get lost in the house (haha). It was cleaned very well! We loved that it was very close to your wedding venue (The Marquardt Ranch). Overall, we loved the home and enjoyed our stay!

Amazing experience

Perfect Family Place!

We had a wonderful Christmas celebration! Great bedrooms with comfortable beds, amazing kitchen dining room set-up that is perfect for large parties. The scenery is beautiful, plenty of room for the children to play outside and the inside as well. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway with Family

Got together with siblings and spouses for a fun weekend getaway in the hill country. House and grounds were awesome and the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy some time away from it all. One night we ordered BBQ from the restaurant across the road (Black Board BBQ) and it was excellent too. Definitely check it out.

Amazing House in a Horse Ranch

We booked this house for my 60th birthday celebration. My family joined us for the Thanksgiving weekend. The drive from Houston was nice and exciting with winding roads and a breathtaking sunset. The house is located on a large horse training ranch. It is beautiful and very clean. A booklet with rules, general information, the ranch history and areas of interest was available in the house. The rooms were spacious and private. All youngsters slept in an open ward on the second floor we called “the boarding school”. They loved it. We spent 4 days and 4 nights and had a great time. The house was large enough to accommodate all guests as anticipated, and the space distribution in the social areas (kitchen and back terrace) were also large enough to keep everybody together. The kitchen is well equipped except for the coffee machine. Its a Keurig machine but no pods, so that was a disappointment. We had brought our own coffee. However, an early trip to Walgreens next morning fixed it (everything else closed on Thanksgiving day). There is a wine cooler. There is a small propane grill with plenty of propane to cook twice. The propane tank for the fire pit was unfortunately empty. There are plenty of board games in the main room. I would definitely consider the house on the CORRIVAL ranch if renting a well located, large and nice property in the Hill country. Thanks Ben for hosting us this weekend. Best of luck w the ranch.

it is a beautiful place ,the inside is also beautiful,, however it is not for elderly in wheelchairs,,and the 3 steps when you first walk in need to be marked ,3 of our guests fell and bumped there heads.s. it is a beautiful place but not for elderly

Great getaway retreat

Such a beautiful home and property that accommodated 11 adults comfortably. Close proximity to all of Fredericksburgs attractions yet still peaceful and quiet when it was time to turn down for the night. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely home

We (14 of us) enjoyed our time at the farm house. The home was well equipped and super comfortable for all us. We loved every second of our time at the home and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Sisterdale getaway

My family, friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to the hill country. The area was quiet and we enjoyed having the place to ourselves. We loved being greeted by Blue each morning. The home is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do this place justice! There was plenty of room for everyone and we all stayed comfortably. We originally booked our trip to visit Fredericksburg but fell in love with the town of Sisterdale and spent most of our time in that area. Thank you for allowing us to spend the weekend in your beautiful home we are already planning our next trip back!
