The space
** The outdoor space was just renovated to include all new travertine around the pool area, a built in fireplace, pergola and more! **
This beach retreat is located on a quiet street in the heart of Seagrove, in the ultra-desirable area adjacent to Eastern Lake.
The main house has 5 bedrooms (including the 3rd floor bunk area) and 3.5 bathrooms that sleeps 14, and the carriage house adds sleeping for 4 more and an additional bathroom.
The home features a private, heated saltwater pool, 4 porches, lush landscaping and parking for up to 5 cars. Inside, you will find beautiful hardwood floors, a fully upgraded chef's kitchen with waterfall quartz island, stunning bathrooms, 2 master en-suite king bedrooms, and a bonus bunk room on the 3rd floor with a kitchenette.

We also manage the 2 houses adjacent to this one (see photo with 3 circled homes) which is a great option for families looking to vacation togethr but needing more space!

Other things to note
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
There is quite a bit of construction on 30A, we have no way of knowing/controlling noise that may be associated with others building.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
