This is a special property in a unique community that values and protects the unique character and lifestyle, thus, homeowners can only have 4 rental periods per year. So this is best for someone who wants to experience life here for 90 days or more. Bragging rights guaranteed! Stunning views. Fantastic location in South Palm Springs. Choosing a property in Canyon View Estates was a 'no brainer'. It's a stunning neighborhood in a fantastic location with great neighbors! I never tire of the views from this wonderful property. Bright and airy EVERY DAY!
この宿泊施設の特徴
Largely because of the HOA requirement limiting owners to to only 4 rentals a year, I'm not aware of any other vacation rentals in Canyon View Estates. That said, If you can't stay longer than 30 days (MY requirement!) contact me for a custom rate quote.
Experience living in a sun filled architectural ikon with mountain views everywhere!
